Over priced and have had too many run ins with this company. For instance i ordered an almost 600 dollar product for my mother for mothers day on May 4th and when I spoke with an agent, inquiring why my product hasn't arrived yet, it was only then I found out that that specific product cant be shipped from their warehouse. That should be posted on their website for problems like that. I would not have even wasted my time ordering it. So I jad nothing to give to my mother for mothers day. yeah needless to say bad taste in my mouth from purchasing power.

I had been a PP member since 2006 and had been very satisfied up till now. My situation changed due to a divorce so had to file bk to get debt situated. Had been paying on time then all of a sudden I'm told I HAD to stop my allotment and would never be able to use them again....if I was willingly paying with no issues in the past why would they blacklist me to be able to utilize them again.....I am hurt by this

Update: I get that but to say I can NEVER use u again is a punishment to me......

We love purchasing power. Great for Christmas and birthdays!! Although the shipping company they use is not so good. I received my generator and the box was all kinds damaged.

Ordered several items from this company. If your looking at buying an item that the features or options may change year to year Purchasing Power will put last years model on there site for sale and charge you this years model price. I'm sure they are getting these items cheap from distributor which makes there profit margin even higher. Research and research before you purchase! Example is the Trident 13 Sea Kayak, there are several new features for 2018 model that aren't on the model they have listed on there site its a 2017 or older model and the price is high as a 2018 model. Make it right Purchasing Power and don't take us for fools, provide this info in the description! UPDATE....If you look at there response below they never even addressed the question I wrote about. I posted pics of 2018 and 2017 model below so the consumer can decide for themselves. I have no problem with price if its the newest model but it isn't its the old model at the new model price and your sales description should state that.

So I m not sure what crooked things are going on with the people you hire to do your freight delivery, but I do not have an item that I keep getting charged for. I ve spoken with several people (customers service) and no one can do their job right. I need answers as to why I m getting charged! I did not accept the item which I have the email saying my request for a cancellation was accepted. I ve called and asked to speak with a supervisor and we ll just like everyone that has mentioned on your reviews, there is no one available. I work hard just like most of the people who order from this website. I ve ordered several items before and have never had an issue until now. This is very sad and disappointing. I will never order from you again!

The payments are affordable and budget managed to your income. I love the program and have used it over 15 years; I am able to purchase items I need and want. The merchandise quality and shipping have been good quality and customer service, as well.

Purchasing power is honestly my favorite program that works with my job. Love getting things from video games to music. I been using purchasing power for almost 2 years now and they have never let me down even when I had someone steal my package. They helped me get it re ordered and didn't charge me for the 2nd item. Strongly recommend them for your future purchases especially if you can't pay for something you want right away. It's easy to set up a 6 month payment.

Purchasing Power was my saving grace a few years ago when my husband was out work. I had no idea how I was going to get my kids the latest gadgets they were asking for and then a friend told me about Purchasing Power. Not only did you have everything I was looking for in stock, it was delivered quickly. So now, all my big Christmas purchases are made with you every year. This year I bought a new Christmas Tree, gifts for my kids and hubby too, I bought a brand new stove! Even the protection plans you sell are reliable, convenient and simple. This is my favorite benefit as a government employee. Thank you Purchasing Power. Next year I am thinking of giving my family a cruise vacation that I will be booking through Purchasing Power, of course.

I have been using Purchasing Power for 3 years; from home electronics to personal gifts. (Cell phone, a printer, a laptop computer, white opal earrings, and a watch are a just a few of the items I have purchased through Purchasing Power). The website is very easy to maneuver through. The weekly payments are convenient, low in price and I like that they come directly out of my paycheck. My orders always arrive on time (sometimes earlier) and with the tracking information provided, I can monitor where my my order is. The customer service personnel are extremely helpful with any questions I have, as well as being very polite. For anyone who has not taken the opportunity to try Purchasing Power, I HIGHLY recommend it. :)

Great shopping experience. Huge selection of Brand Name products. Shipping was speedy. Very nice to be able to pay items off in a year, rather than using credit cards, and paying interest for up to 10 years. Some products are a little more, but nothing compared to the money you save by not using cards. I will use them again.
