Stay away form M2 Logistics , this company practicing gangster stile problem solving ways . Put my payment on hold for 6 month for unrelated claim to the shipment we did for them and the reason was this guy ( Friend ) asked us not to pay you until this resolved . Very unprofessional Thanks you for your response , but This claim is not related to the shipment or M2 in general . This one was between pick up truck owner and me and you just played gangster role
Terrible company, terrible customer service & complete lack of respect for carriers in the transportation industry. I do not recommend using this brokerage at all, please save yourself the time & stay away!

Avoid working with Trish Solano. Booked load with her local from CA - CA When our driver arrived at the shipper load was not ready to ship until next Morning. Requested Truck Order Not Used from Tirsh. She Just give us the run around and never sent the TONU. I am writing this review after waiting on her for 20 days.
This lady Trisha Solano is the most liar in that company,and I see that you have done it before. You tell yourself that he sends you the confirmation and he never sends it and he never sends you tuno
Carriers stay far away from this brokers. They will book you on a load then will book with a different carrier for cheaper.!!! Shame on this office!
