No one answers the phone and no way to contact..phone lines don't get through at all for any query.. how can Indians contact in emergency ? very poor service..

Excellent experience with the visa section. Mr vaidhanath the visa manager is a kind hearted humble knowledgeable gentleman with a positive attitude .Thanks a lot sir and the staff for the guidance and support given to my daughter's visa for her appointment in India.All the very best for everyone.

I'm very glad to got help from Indian embassy, I dint have to fear when I knew they stood beside me , Visa renewal was easy too. Any help please don't hesitate to contact embassy for anything at all for Indians embassy is the only family you have in sl just remeber this. They are here for us. So don't hesitated to get help from Them.

Worst experience faced in Indian embassy in Srilanka.. The councillors don't even listen to the problems.. They are busy in their own personal work.. I just saw the counsellers ignoring me and after that shopping on amazon sitting in the cabin..! The employees their are literally sold out..!

Good to see my country high Commission in Srilanka. I had a pictures right in front of the board. I felt like home as i get closure.

Thank you staff.. i found people with human touch..they understand our problems and look in our point of view.. with courtesy.

This place is granting visa to people and sending the passport to ivs back this place is not the submitting center for visa and they only call for interview if they want to clear any doubt
