The place itself is awesome. My 4 year old had a blast, and the few people we did have join us had a blast as well. I paid close to $400 for the 10 kid Ultimate and only had one or two show up. The rest were adults. My sons party was set for 7pm and to end at 8:45. The staff was horrible. They didn't have anything organized, they barely spoke to us and we were left to find cups for our drinks on our own. They cut the cake and left. We never saw them again until we were leaving or paying. The room was still dirty from the last party, and regardless of what time our party was, $400 is a lot for there to be no one around when needed. There was no one in the play room, they took 5 pictures of my son playing and that was it. The idea and the inflatables are fantastic, but I would never suggest a party there because the staff was ridiculous. Luckily my son was turning 4 and he didn't notice, he just had a blast knowing that day was HIS day.
