Pulse Staffing was the first agency that I called to see about local job opportunities. I needed something quickly, and had just graduated from UTA, with my MSN-Ed. At that point, I wasn't sure if I was ready to teach right away, so I went back to my first love-Oncology Infusion. The first time that I called Pulse Staffing, I spoke with Hai-Vy, and she asked me a few questions, and we talked for a bit. Within a week, she had a 13-week contract for me with Baylor St. Luke's Outpatient Cancer Center-in Infusion!! I could not be happier! The process was very quick, as I gathered all of my paperwork; background check, drug screen, etc...and waited for all of it to clear. Hai-Vy listened to me when I told her what I wanted; She is EXCEPTIONAL in matching nurses with EXACTLY what they want! Needless to say, after my first 13-week contract ended, I continued an additional 13-week assignment; followed by another 2 months, followed by one week....all the way up to the point of hire! In my FIRST assignment, I loved it so much that I decided to hire on.
Hai-Vy, and other staff members were always very professional, and very kind. They gently reminded me to turn in my time by noon on Monday's. When I discovered that they were not taking enough taxes out of my check , I let them know, and they corrected it within the same hour! Now, THAT is SERVICE!! Pulse Staffing is GREAT! Oh! and they also pay for your parking-up to $8/day, so that I only had to pay $2/day to park! Not many agencies pay for parking. If I needed a day off, or had to call out for the day, I just called their office, at least 2h prior to my shift, and they would let the supervisors know. SO, YESSSS!!! I DO INDEED HIGHLY RECOMMEND PULSE STAFFING!!

Don't go here, I just spoke to Heidi, she is extremely rude and not forth coming. The manner in which is represented the company let me know that this is not a good viable fit for employment opportunities.

I applied with Pulse Staffing and within a few hours I received a phone call regarding positions available. Kara was extremely informative and explained all details about the position. She coached me through the entire process and I received an interview with the company within days! I was immediately hired after my interview and within 3 months I received a permanent position. Every week she followed up with me to see how things were going. She was extremely up beat and positive and personable. I greatly appreciate all she has done for me especially with handling the many Questions and Concerns I had.
I am now one year strong at the company she assigned me to. I absolutely love my job thanks to Kara!

I worked here as a student while I was in Nursing school. It felt like home here. The staff were nice and worked as a team to achieve great patient care. The staff and management team at Pulse Staffing made my work experience memorable.

I was hired in as a phlebotomist, but I took temperatures at a construction site in Fort Worth. I am new to Texas, as I just moved from Oklahoma, and Hai-Vy almost immediately reached out to me for the position. The whole time, they have been understanding if I run a little late (2 toddlers + waking them up at 5:45am = not a fun experience), were more than willing to sign me up for overtime, very easy to communicate with/get a hold of, and were quick to replace an assignment if a previous one had fallen through. If you re stuck in between jobs, or like me, and am new to the area with no time to waste, Pulse is the way to go. Thank you Hai-Vy and Susana!

I work at Pulse Staffing while completing nursing school. They are accommodating with my school schedule and they check with me several times a month to make sure that everything is proceeding as planned. They went the extra mile to pair me with a client that suited my strengths as a home health aide. They are a wonderful company to work for!

I am a Registered Nurse and have been working with Pulse Staffing, since December 2018. I have never worked for a company that truly appreciates their employees the way they do. I have been honored to be a part of a wonderful team. Every person, and I mean every person, at Pulse Staffing has ALWAYS treated me with love and kindness. It has been one of my most unremarkable blessings. I believe that if you want to feel appreciated and have a close connection with your superiors, then you should definitely join the team. When they say an "open-door" policy, they genuinely mean it. I LOVE talking to them and love whenever I am able to share my personal growth as a nurse. I have NEVER felt as though I was "less than" anyone else. It is truly a family!

I enjoy working for Pulse. They are respectful and the office staff cares for the clients needs.
