There's kids pool and kids club with a lot of activities for kids 4-12 y.o. there's also a infinity pool at 3rd floor.
Clean room, great food, good service.
Unfortunately, the outdoor kids playground is a bit too far (behind the hotel building)
Great place to get away from it all. Beautiful staff that look after you. Always greeting with a smile. Location is really good. not too in the thick of it, close to the beach and close to shops. Aircon in the room was superb. Food was fantastic. Pools were delightful. Fresh water in glass bottles everyday (better than plastic!) Highly recommended!
One of my favourite hotels in Bali. Location is strategic. At the quieter side of Kuta towards Legian. The view of Kuta beach from the rooftop pool during sunset is so beautiful. The hotel is walking distance (about 15-20minutes) to center of Kuta and 5-10 minutes to main street of Legian. Service in this hotel is great. Staff are friendly and nice. Breakfast selection is huge and delicious but since it is a big family resort, the breakfast area can be crowded especially during weekend or holiday seasons.
I ordered foods from room dining service, it was good and reasonably priced. The room is clean and nicely decorated. I love the fluffy pillow and bed is comfy too. As an Accorhotels member, i received complimentary drinks from the bar. Had two mocktails which are very refreshing. The staff is also very thoughtful, they surprised me with a chocolate cake in my room as it was my birthday. Overall, im satisfied and highly recommend Pullman if you want a good 5 stars family hotel in Kuta area.
Always love our stay here with large rooms, delish food and bevs and magnificent rooftop infinity pool looking towards the beach with great music-set vibes. Relaxing and great customer service.
This hotel is for you who want to feel the calm of seminyak Bali but not get to far from the chill of Kuta Bali.
Its just one step away from seminyak beach and kuta beach.
The hospitality are great with great fasilities too.
The staff amazing, i once ask for direction and the staff show me the way and give me some alternative for samekind of place. Just like review from local. Lol
Try to stay there for a short staycation because the just open on the 1st may and they offer a cheap price from tiket.com so i would think that it was a great offer and i get a free upgrade to ocean view room...i liked the atmosphere there with a huge garden and 2 different pool to enjoy...the room was a little bit smelly like it's been a while haven't been open to get a fresh air...the view was stunning because we get the sunset of kuta beach,it was awesome but the room was not sound proof enough because you can hear anyone talk in the corridor and the door banging...the worst thing at night you can hear the sound of motorcycle roaring their engine but i know the hotel cant do anything about it but at least the sound proof would be very helpfull to get a nice sleep at night without hear anything and get a deep sleep...the breakfast was good enough during this pandemic and the cheap price is more than enough to get anything you need for breakfast...hopefully they will fix the sound proof in the room..

The staff were just wonderful!! Ayu in the restaurant was amazing and took great care of us and Brian the manager was great. Roof top infinity pool was beautiful. Ocean view rooms were fantastic view and quite sound proof considering they were right on the road. Fantastic location. We'll be back :)
Pullman Bali Legian Beach Hotel is poorly managed and poorly maintained. The room was poorly cleaned (dusty), breakfast was average, bedroom wooden floor has a lot of scratches, i know this hotel quite old and its time for renovation.
