One of my favourite hotels in Bali. Location is strategic. At the quieter side of Kuta towards Legian. The view of Kuta beach from the rooftop pool during sunset is so beautiful. The hotel is walking distance (about 15-20minutes) to center of Kuta and 5-10 minutes to main street of Legian. Service in this hotel is great. Staff are friendly and nice. Breakfast selection is huge and delicious but since it is a big family resort, the breakfast area can be crowded especially during weekend or holiday seasons.

I ordered foods from room dining service, it was good and reasonably priced. The room is clean and nicely decorated. I love the fluffy pillow and bed is comfy too. As an Accorhotels member, i received complimentary drinks from the bar. Had two mocktails which are very refreshing. The staff is also very thoughtful, they surprised me with a chocolate cake in my room as it was my birthday. Overall, im satisfied and highly recommend Pullman if you want a good 5 stars family hotel in Kuta area.
