Selection is pretty good, price isn't bad, but they can't ever seem to keep the golf carts running, and almost all the wheel barrows are on their last legs... If you're lucky enough to find one half the time.

First off , I have been diagnosed with stage 4 CKC.I needed an alternator for my 2003 chevy venture,I was told the price for the alternator. That was cool:I asked if there was someone who could get it for me,so this guy comes up to me at the counter and asked if I was the one who needed some help;I was like yeah,so he helped me get the ticket. He gives me his number and tell me to call him when I find the truck. So I find the truck, call him,and he comes and unscrew two bolts;then tell me to go ahead and start walking back to the front. So I get to the counter and ask if I can pay with my card. She said yeah but he has to have cash. Then he says`that'll be $20.I'm like when did I tell you that I agree to pay you$20.... So with that being said "to make a long story short. The guy didn't work for the company, but I was directed to this guy,and wasn't able to get an alternator because that guy that doesn't work for the company walked away with it claiming I owe him $20 before I can get that alternator. I just wish I had the chance to decide whether or not to pay someone $20.before they went out there, snatched it outta-there and held it hostage.
good customer service at this location and i will return when I need something for my car. Angie was awesome helping me find the car I was looking for.
Open 7 days a week. They have a huge lot with a wide selection of car makes to choose from. Be aware that they will start rushing you to get off the lot and head to checkout 30 minutes before closing. This is their every day routine.
Love this place. Cashiers are quick and perfectional. The management team is awesome!! Angela i beleave is her name she is the head lady in charge and she is the sweetie of them all. Most importantly they always have what i need!! Great job ladiess!! Gooooo Pull-a-parts!!
I live in Augusta Ga and noticed on the inventory that Atlanta had a couple 2002 Chrysler Sebrings that were put on the yard the day before. I need the pcm, skim module, ignition switch (key part), and the transponder key. All parts must be off of the same vehicle or it won't work due to the manufactures security system. I tried to get someone to just do a visual and see if the car had the key before I drove 2-3 hours. I was told because of the pricing structure that pullapart does not have the personnel to provide that type of service. Every time I'm at the pullapart in Augusta with the exception of maybe twice out of 45 times, I have seen personnel that could have walked to a car and back besides sitting on a golf cart or standing behind a do it yourself computer.
Very difficult process to sell a junk car that's only good for parts. Waste of time calling them. you will sit on hold for at least 20 minutes to be very disappointed.
They usually have what you're looking for. The euro yard is kind of small. The guys at the counters know most of the parts you get, but can be a little rude at times. I just wish they actually kept some soap at the sink!
I went to LOW COST AUTO GLASS located on Pull-A-Part property to get my windshield replaced. I didn't have to wait long for service and was done in less than an hour. The guy, I'm assuming is the owner isn't very professional and left much to be desired. If you can get pass his mannerism to have repairs then maybe. I personally wouldn't go back unless something goes wrong with the work they did.
The place is amazing and very organized. I find what I am looking for, the only problem is the person in charge to collect has no idea or knowledge of the parts, they charge a random price.. :(
Go here before going to the auto store but make sure you take tools and a mechanic or watch a you tube instructional or there might be someone with tools in the parking lot working on vehicles $2 to get in
Their website and on-site computer system stated they had a 1997 Jeep Cherokee. Paid the admission fee only to find out it was a 1997 Jeep GRAND Cherokee. Obviously the person labeling made a mistake or doesn't know cars well enough to understand the difference. Since I came specifically for a vehicle they supposedly had but didn't, I asked for a refund of the admission fee which they wouldn't provide. The manager explained that the computer doesn't know the difference between a Cherokee and a Grand Cherokee despite me showing him that the computer does show different options for both as does their website. He said that's just how it goes sometimes and he doesn't have any control over how the cars are labeled or entered into the computer system. For as large of a company as there are, I find it hard to believe that this is the stance they take when people drive from all over the state to come here for parts. It's a shame no one takes pride in their work or stands behind their products.
The employees there at the counter are always professional and nice to me. I'm currently serving in the army national guard and they treat me with the upmost respect. Angie, Daisy, Jazmine, and Stephanie are awesome.
It's very simple...use their computers to look for your part or your car, print out your list, pay $2 and go pull your part.....with your own tools. Sometimes it's a lot of fun. Others times it is pure hell. It is an invaluable place to have around!!
We went for tail lights. It was a hard time finding the parts and one not broken. But we did and they look brand new. The price we paid for one we got two, it was well worth it
The rear window of my 2007 Chevy Trailblazer needed to be replaced. I called Pull-A-Part they checked their inventory, and found the right rear glass for me. Their price was very economical, all I had to do was to go and take it off of the vehicle that was on the yard. I will definitely be using them from now on for replacement parts for my vehicle.
I don't want to give it one star because of one person's nasty attitude but I went to this location and was about to purchase a 1992 Corvette that they had for sale the car needed a jumpstart and in the mist of it starting I revel up the engine some gentleman came out and yelled at me and told me to get the hell out of his car and what he didn't know is that I was about to purchase this vehicle he then said you can do that after you buy the car but maybe it wasn't meant for me to buy this car it probably was a piece of junk and that's why he didn't want me to rev the engine it's a Corvette that's what you do to this car and I only took it up to 3000 rpm so with that said I will give this facility once to one star and never shop at this location again
I went by to look for a tire and everyone was very helpful. Was able to find a tire for my car on a rack they have. Will be going back tomorrow for black black !
Great place to find parts for my car. Everyone is very professional at Pull-A-Part. Angie is always sweet and professional to the customers. I recommend Pull-A-Part,
I always come to pull apart when I need something and the employees are always nice, they are the best. They know what they are doing and know the prices. Very friendly. Lithonia store needs to improve their employees. Always have new people that doesn't know prices correctly. Pullapart in Henrico is always helping. Recomend.
If you are looking to find a few parts or whole engine this spot cannot be beat. Bring your own tools and if you can't get a part off, there are people shopping who will help you if you help them, Well laid out and plenty of great parts for my cars. Instead of spending hundreds on a replacement seat for our suburban we bought 2 headrests and one third row seat for right at $60.00. Great service and more than fair prices, they have electric carts and wheelbarrows as well. The staff was great, the layout is easy to get around in and again I won't go anywhere else when searching for car parts. Heading back next week to get a whole new set of seats for our HHR. They also do keys, fobs etc right on the property. $2 a head to get in and all must be over 16.
This place is about 50 miles from us so we called on 9/1 to ask if they had a front bumber for our car. Told yes, just got one in that was hit from behind. So down we go and look at the isle we were told. Nope not there. Pull a part claimed it just wasn't on the lot yet but would be on Tuesday the 3nd. so 9/7 I called (of course you get a call center) told her I wanted to make sure it was there and she assured me it was. Another trip only to find that the auto was there but it engine caught on fire and it was totally useless!!! No one seems to know what the heck they are entering for the call center or do they care. STAY AWAY FROM THEM unless you are close enough to them!
Worse customer service ever ,Saturday afternoon six employees standing around joking with a line out the door and only one register open. The only location with piss poor customer service,I've visited the other two locations and never had a bad experience just this one maybe you should change the management team
Went today to get parts for my car, love the atmosphere, everyone there is very helpful. I will come back again after a great experience at this location.
Over priced and to top if off, the cashier who we paid to be allowed in stole $10 from us. We gave him a 20 and received 4 back but didn t realize until after leaving. I do understand it s partially our fault for not checking and being too trusting.
On Saturday afternoon June 11th I decided to try to repair my car myself but, at first i was sceptical about doing it. I stumbled upon a place called Pull A Part I decided to go ahead and go in. Once in I was greeted by an older guy by the name of Avery he explained how everything works such as the vip card, car look up, how to find the rows and so forth. I paid my two dollars and proceeded onto the yard. Once i found the cap i needed i proceeded back to the front of the building. Eventhough there was this one customer being very irate in line the staff remained calm and was very nice and respectful to me and everyone before me. They made my first experience a great one will be going back to visit again and refer my female friends.
I always go to Pull a Part with my brothers & friends, because the employees are VERY helpful. Every time, I leave satified from the customer service , especially with Angelica who goes the extra mile to solve any matters I have. Thank you Stephanie, Daisy, Leslie, Miriam, James, jasmine, Keymon , Avery and every one from the Pull-A-Part team who have earned my customer loyalty , will be returning soon.
Great place to visit and if u need any car part From what I know I will take my friends to see it I call it car yard sale if u want to save you're car lol :-)
I purchased a car from a neighbor. Now it's time for me to renew my tag and guess what? DMV and Tag office says that my car was scraped for parts by the Pull-A-Part in Henrico. How? I didn't give them the car nor title. I haven't even been there. So I called and was told I'll get a call in 48hrs. it's been almost a week and no one has reached out. And after reaching out, apparently someone came to my house and went thru that car while my family and I were sleep. Where's the checks and balances for these businesses?
Very clean yard and helpful staff. Pulled 3 engines, called for forklift and they were there within minutes to pickup the engines. Other locations wants you to use the cranes in this heat...no I won't do that. Instead I will forgo the engines
Let me start by saying I've used Pull-a-Part services before and I was pleased with my experience. However, today, 2/16/16, my experience was horrible. I called the automated service and spoke with 3 reps. I. WAS. STUNNED. !!! Each rep had the exact same nasty a** attitude and lousy customer service. I can recall one lady's name, Kendra; although her attitude wasn't the worst of the 3, I can't say it was pleasant either. The lady I spoke with after her really did it for me, with her smart retorts, which were both completely pointless and unnecessary. It was crazy like...I really can't believe it . Anyway, it really upset me so I ended up ending the conversation a little early. *dialtone*
Great place! Step one, look up your car/truck, step two check in, step three follow row info on your print out and go pull your parts! Then head to check out! If you need help plenty of friendly staff to assist. They also have free wheel barrels for toting stuff, golf cart rentals for those who can't walk the yard or have something bigger to haul out. If you really need help you can request a parts truck to haul your engine to check out. Side note, you can bring tools with you because they do not loan or rent them but no power tools or jacks. If you need a jack, flag down a forklift employee and they can help.
This is how junk yards used to be - where you could do a little exploring and get the parts you need. Is the customer service a little lacking? Well, it's about the same as anywhere else. If you're expecting red carpet treatment, then you're not being realistic. The prices overall are very good, the yard is well laid out and tidy, and it's easy to find what you're looking for. Bring your tools, bring some water, wear a pair of hard sole shoes, and have some way to clean yourself up afterwards.
I got to door at 5:10PM they wouldn't let me in they're talking about they close at 5PM and the sign on the door and on Google Map saying they're close at 5:30PM, I drove over 20 miles 40 miles around trip for nothing..that's not fair. PULL-A-PART Atlanta South Location
