I would rather travel about 40 minutes then go two miles away from my house to get good service, clean environment oh, and being disabled be able to use the golf carts makes it so convenient for everyone. Thank you darling wonderful men and women let's deal with Angry Men all day.

Took a part off just for them to tell me they can't sell it to me, half a day wasted, if it's in the lot it's for sale, right? Non sense

All the computers was down and I made you for years old you didn't have golf carts are as normal so I had a very bad headache.

Found someone to pull the part I needed and it worked. Excellent service as well from staff.

Whoever came up with the ideal of "Pull A Part" It had to be from
The Almighty God.
My family and I travel seeing about the terminal-ill and we have an old van that always breaks down. Oh but thanks to "Pull A Part" we are able to get the parts and do the repairs to keep us on the road helping more terminal-ill patients.
The workers at Pull A Part are very caring and always trying to see what they can do to help make what we have to do easy.
We need our van running at all times because we cook, bake and do Art With A Message Gifts to give for free to the terminal-ill and also we feed families at the ICU Waiting Rooms of Hospitals. So you see we need Pull A Part and are so Thankful such a place exist. Amen

I found just what I was looking for at the Atlanta South lot. They had several cars in the model I needed. The website is very helpful to know where to look. It has a map and location of cars in the yard. The golf cart rental was a nice option since I was pulling an axle from the back side of the lot. The staff offered to help me several times. I'm very happy with the price for all I got. If you sign up for the VIP you get coupons. I just got one for 20%off my next purchase!

Very rude staff and management. I have dealt with very many pull a part locations all throughout Alabama, and this one is by far the worst. They refused to honor wholesaler cost, went back on their word, and doubled the price of what they originally told me. Never coming back.

I may not find everything i need but the yard is nice and clean u dont have to fight to get under cars or walk in mud on them raining days

great place for older model car parts. the bigger the part the cheaper it is compared to they-pull-it junkyards and box stores. This one is usually busy so make sure the car hasn't been on the lot long if you're looking for a rare part

Good layout and friendly staff! My only complaint is that the website isn't entirely accurate on row numbers and I couldn't find everything I wanted. A bit understaffed, so checkout was a little slow. Overall VERY satisfied!

Decent prices, the lady in charge there is very nice .

It had tons of options for me and we got the oil pan we needed for a good price. They also had used cars for sale.

Another day 9f piss poor management at the south location, smh, always horrible.. no golf work At All.. one person checking people out, 4 in plain site standing around talking to eachother; 12 people waiting in line....

I like Pull-A-Part and have used them for many years and multiple locations at that.
My biggest misgiving with them is that they have gotten so darned expensive. It's still usually cheaper than other purchasing options. However for USED PARTS, their prices are right at the limit of what I would be willing to pay. I'm very serious about that. If I needed a large number of important parts from the car, I would be better off to just go buy an entire used car, pick the parts off of it that I need, and then sell what ever is left over to Pull-A-Part.

Great place and prices once you get the lay of the land. Always fun to go see what treasures you can find. Make sure you have the tools you need, know the hours, and can look up the inventory and parts prices on your phone before you go.

Every car here was someone's trash given to this place, with this being said employees should not act as arrogant as they ALL act to every customer.

Helpful crowd. Vast selection. Space to work. Good used vehicles under 2000.

I needed parts for my 99 pickup they had about 5 but they were completely stripped clean.i figured they would have more inventory.or pull the gutted ones out to add new ones

I love to go to PullAPart and look at all the vehicles they have. I like that they have bilingual workers at the front check out. Mrs Angelica is very professional and helpful. If you need a part for your car go to PullAPart. I have been coming to PullAPart for many years and is good to see friendly faces, at a place that I love to shop a lot.

Even though it was a cold day, it was an overall good experience..the electrical part that I needed to fix my car was there, as the vehicle had just gotten put on the yard yesterday..apparently BMW's are hard to find certain parts for..still cheaper than buying part's online..

I have been going to the Henrico Rd. Location for years the other day I went and bought 2 wheels for my Pontiac Grand am and 1 of them has crack in it on the inside that is letting the air to leak out when I had a tire mounted on it. Now they are telling me that the wheel has no warranty and I was wondering why there is no way that I could have known that it was cracked before purchasing and mounting a tire on it. If that is the way I am going to be treated here then I will not come back here. I have spent a lot of money with yall but this is not right at all.

Great place to buy , we found all the pieces we're all looking for and a good price. We bought gas pump for corolla 2013 for $24.00 dollars and canister for $14.00.

I recommend pull a part, I go there often with my husband and we enjoy to rent a golf cart, because I don't like the walk and he stays there for hours as if he was a kid in a candy store. The employees at Conley store are very knowledgeable about the prices and car info. Lets just say, they're always on point when I have a question about a price. Angie is always very nice and the staff as well.

I love this place because I've been coming here for years and get the same service every time self-service you go you find the parts you need they always have plenty of cars for you to choose from and take it and the prices are dirt cheap thank you pull apart

I was able to find what I needed pre quickly. Word of advice though, make sure you have your own tools when you go, it makes the experience much easier.

Pull-a-part is great. they have a lot of good junk cars to pull parts off of. Go there when you need good quality used parts , but you have to pull them off yourself.

Your site is so difficult to navigate that I hardly ever find the vehicles I'm looking for with out searching the yard and hoping that I get lucky!

I come to pullapart all the time and the employees are very helpful. Make sure to ask for parts interchange if you dont find your parts.

I need a used wheel rim so called Pul a Part and they told your car is available at Conley location, drove an hour to get there. it shows online they have car make, model and year but it doesn t shows car have which parts available.
When U reached there, checked in self service PC where is car parked, then they took a Photo and electronically sign to go in yard, I asked some questions cos this was my first visit but customer service was poor, employees looks tired, and willing to answer happily, two employees one and a guy was pulling each other hair. which was weird at work place.
Went in yard, there was not a clear numbering so you can find car row easily and no one was in yard to help where is row 212. When I found car Big surprise came, there was no tire or rim on that car. so have to drive back without having anything.
Giving two stars, cos online(over the phone customer service is good, huge inventory of cars and each car have a sticker which shows make and year of car.

It is my number one place did I tell everybody friends and family to get their parts from

Their clocks are wrong. Showed up at 4:55 needing to check one simple easy part and door was locked and would not let me in. A situation like that is not good customer experience.

The organization at this establishment is Byron s professional , very helpful staff, especially the manager Angie. She answered several questions I had and is very knowledgeable. Had no issues finding the parts that I was looking for. Came with my boyfriend, rented a golf cart, great experience altogether.
