I had baked fish and steamed broccoli and carrots with mashed potatoes. It was good. The restaurant was crowded at 9 pm on a Friday night but the service was reasonably quick. Some wines (we had a Woodbridge chardonnay) were also half price by the bottle tonight.
We took my dad out to celebrate his birthday. We didn't have a long wait to be seated. Our server was prompt with taking our order and bringing our drinks. She was very nice and checked on us throughout our meal. The food was delicious! We will definitely be back!!
I have never had a bad meal or dining experience at Puleo's. Near perfect.

Surprisingly wonderful food from a chain. Upscale and chic, an interesting menu without being pretentious or trendy. Lovely food and excellent friendly service.

Seafood Ravi is awesome. The crispy asparagus is cooked perfectly and a nice selection of wines. Great ambiance and a good place to go to get away from the truck for an hour or so .
My Wife and I first learned about Puleo's when we were living in West Knoxville but after we moved to Harriman that location shut down. It was the fried green tomatoes that hooked her and we were so happy that this location followed the same recipe. That appetizer was so good that we both almost forgot what we had for mains but recall they were very good burgers since we were there for late lunch.
Food was hot and delicious. Our server Elizabeth was very courteous and efficient. A very pleasant atmosphere and eating experience. We will be back.

This is one of the finest restaurants in the Knoxville area. Service is wonderful the menu is varied and food is always excellent. I started going when they first opened for I had been to other restaurants Steve Puleo had created menus for and knew him as a caterer as well. 5 stars from me is highly unusual
The waitress just spilled water all over the table and my phone. Never have I ever. Wow I frequent pueblos alot but this location was a first and I WONT be returning.
Delicious! The filet tips were so tender. The shrimp ravioli was excellent. The sauce was delicate and creamy with something special in it I couldn't place. The chicken parmesan was very, very good. We topped it off by splitting that chocolate mousse hazelnut cake. Ample serving that was light, but rich and wonderful. Our server Kira was cheerful and helpful. Dessert and the shrimp ravioli were her suggestions. Winners! Thank you!
The appetizers that I had was on point, green fried tomatoes and fried pickle very fresh. For the price, the Steaks was reasonable but made up in the taste. Not a bad inexpensive restaurant.

This place is a hidden gem. They have a little bit of everything and a full bar. I love the staff. They re friendly and knowledgeable. Below is the Shrimp, Italian Sausage, Cheese Grits in Tasso Sauce & the Lobster Ravioli (ordered to go).
The food was good a little long weight to get our food but it was well worth the wait
Service was very slow, I had the Beef Stroganoff and the person with me had the Fish Tacos. The bread that was brought out to us and the meat in both our dishes tasted like it was freezer burned. Definitely not worth the price we paid, $43.00 for both meals and both were lunch specials. Not worth the cost.

The hostess and servers were very kind and it added pleasant impression to the overall dining experience. The southern foods (Fried green tomago, Shrimp & Grits) and Fiesta Chicken Salad was appropriately seasoned and with fresh ingredients.
As someone said in earlier review, this place is "local Chilli's", just better.
Our server Alicia C was hands down the best waitress we have had in years. She was genuinine kind and sweet. She clearly likes the job. Of fakes it incredibly well. The owners if reading should make sure you never lose her. She had us excited about our food before it ever hit the table. And she wasnt wrong. My husband had the prime rib by her suggestion and it was melt in your mouth. I had the seafood platter by her suggestion and agian it was so good. The fish were a little overcooked is my only complaint. Scallops should have been a minute sooner to avoid toughness. The salmon she did get me a new piece which was great.

Charleston shrimp and grits should use a fine ground grit. They use a regular coarse grit. No bacon. Sausage to flavor the grits. Yuck.
From Miami,Fl working in Knoxville I have to say what a pleasant surprise I ran into when choosing this establishment for dinner. The service is exceptional and friendly and the quality of their food and spirits excels in all areas highly recommended.

I've stopped by twice. Highly suggest the cajun seared ahi tuna. Also if ordering the filet mignon go for medium rare or rare, otherwise they butterfly the filet. Great food and service, I stop by each time I'm in town.

Out of my whole meal the only thing that was good was the fries and water. Burger was very tough. The bun and bacon was burned. When approached by the management all they did was offer to get new bacon, I told them no. This place is a waste of time don't eat here.

Fantastic place. My family and I went for my 21st birthday and our waitress was awesome and accommodating. 2 of our party had the Amberjack fish special, and they were very happy with their meals. I was surprised with a helping of peach cobbler topped with vanilla ice cream for my birthday. Definitely was blown away by the service and it should be at the top of your next dinner outing!
