Was my husband's first visit here. We both had awesome meals and great service!

The food here is amazing I will definitely stop to eat next time I'm in the area the staff stayed open for us because we arrived 3 minutes before they close the steak was one of the best I've had and the price was low this is a must...so glad we are able to enjoy a great meal at the start of our anniversary adventure!!

Great atmosphere and the seafood was amazing. I ate here 2 days in a row!

Worst experience ever! Appetizer (crab & shrimp dip) had long hair in it...ordered soup... never got it though it was on my bill... They were out of to go boxes... Asked for bread twice...never got it...manager seemed not to care at all.....will never be back

The food, the atmosphere, the Customer Service experience...is all and absolutely wonderful! I WILL be back!

We went twice in one visit. 1st and last. High priced and poor quality. Went during a slow time they shoved everyone in the place on top of each other in a corner area. Was not impressed with the food. My Grandson did not even like the chicken tenders. Said they were nasty. Waitress wasn't worth 2 cents but I was nice and left a small tip. Took 5 minutes looking for someone then asking each person that worked there that I could find to let me pay and leave. Never again.

Wonderful food and service. We were traveling and stopped in for burgers after reading the positive reviews. The food did not disappoint! Amber served us and went above and beyond! Our 11 year old had his wallet in his pocket in the booth.we dined in. Two hours later down the highway in another state was when he realized he had lost it. It only had the cash he had brought for our trip which he had saved over $60. I called the restaurant and Amber remembered us immediately. She had been upset because there was no way to reach us and worries he was going to lose his money. When I mentioned we were from another state she offered to mail it to him. I d say that is pretty awesome customer service! Thanks for a wonderful meal and a staff that cares about it s customers!

The food was fantastic and our server was awesome!! We drive threw here twice a year and we WILL BE BACK!!

Ordered the pork chop, and it was a 2" thick piece of pork tenderloin, grilled and baked, meat had a great flavor, but was overcooked. The fried tomato and crispy green asparagus were excellent appetizers. Overpriced, but overall a good good experience.

Food was good. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed our dinner.

We visited the Strawberry Plains location. Mike our server was top of the line. He knows his stuff about food pairings and menu options. He was super attentive and very freindly. Best wait staff I have seen. The food was incredible. The T-bone was amazing.

Crab cake and stone ground grits are delicious and I don't normally like grits

I like it a place. Very delicious food and Good dessert.

Was a satisfactory meal, waiter was helpful. Some of the booth tables are too big for the spaces, so the tables are too close to the seating.

The service was great and the staff very friendly. ( even the busser walked me to the bathroom so I could change my baby).

It's a decent place to get some good food with friends and family. It could just be me, but I feel that the menu doesn't have very much options. But, the options offered are good.

We visited our beloved Puleos, NSRA affiliates everywhere!! Due to crowding, we ate in the bar . Waitress was nice NOISE HORRIFIC!! Maybe she didn't hear my order, INSTEAD OF Rattlesnake PRIME RIB... I got a Rib Eye. I ask her if she misunderstood? She kindly took it back and brought another RIB EYE! I was embarrassed to say anything. I can't eat Dense Red Meat. I just brought it home. If they didnt have PRIME RIB. They should have said...

Great family restaurant, connie and robbie are the best waitresses.

I had steak, baked potato, and house salad..My steak was cooked perfectly, I did not need any steak sauce.The bread the waitress brought to the table was delicious and went well with my salad, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The wait staff was friendly...I would recommend eating here..

Excellent meals. Very good service. Liked the ambience: not too noisy, not too raucous or exotic. Was surprised to find they did not carry a salad dressing prevalent in the Mid West [creamy garlic or creamy parmesan].

This puleos has gone down hill. Everytime my wiatress came by she stepped on my foot. The Fry's came out cold with my burger. The salad my father ordered came without dressing . I had a empty cup my whole meal. We used to stop here Everytime we went through Tennessee but now that tradition will end becuase of bad service an bad food.

Great food and service. The menu has something for everyone, great Thursday special $5.99 fries and a huge burger.

Service was really good and the food was excellent!

My wife an I have been coming here for years now and usually have a great time. Last night however was a different story. We arrived around 5pm and though we were seated quickly, we had to wait a longer amount of time than we normally do for our food that was no where near the quality that it used to be. Our waitress tried her best to accommodate us and though it wasn't her fault, we left there very dissatisfied. How is it that when the building is almost empty, that you wait longer for food that isn't prepared correctly. Seriously considering finding another restaurant from now on. Whoever's working the kitchen needs to learn how to fix the dishes the way they are supposed to be made. Very poor food

This is a great place! Friendly,attentive service. Food was wonderful! Chicken was cooked to perfection, and other items were prepared very well. Reasonably priced.

Our server Mike S,was awesome,will come back and ask for Mike again,food was awesome,ever thing Mike seraved us was perfect.

This place was a good choice for dinner after a day of painting. The menu is filled with many cuisines and dishes. I got their fish and chips and was pleasantly surprised at how good, and not greasy, it was. Their remoulade was a bit spicy and I loved it!

It was walking distance from our hotel and the food was good.

Great meals at reasonable prices. Always good service.

Went to Gatlinburg for the weekend. Ate out the entire weekend. Ate here on our way back home and it was BY FAR the best place we ate the entire weekend and probably the best place I have eaten period. So so good. And we had the sweetest waitress.

This has been my #1 eatery since move to Kodak, TN. We always get great service and very good food. I especially love their Napa Salad.

Italian broiled shrimp is fantastic. Hazelnut mousse cake is the best dessert. Food is always great and wait staff friendly.

They have the best nachos ever! Would totally eat here every time I come through strawberry plains!

Used to be great food. Still ok, but quality and portions seem to be getting smaller and costs are going up.

This restaurant was amazing! I went there with my girlfriend, and we both agreed that our server, John, was the best we have had in a very long time. He was very friendly and have great recommendations on food selections. The manager was also very friendly and helpful. The food here tasted great and it was inexpensive. We will most definitely be coming back.

Loved this place. The food was tastefully prepared. The prime rib was tender and the crab cakes delicious.

Love this place service is always great! Food is wonderful. Prices are not that bad for two people to eat. We have stopped in on lunch a couple times and we never have to wait long for our food. Servers are very friendly. We will be back everytime we come to Knoxville!

One of the few, if not the only, good restaurant in the I-40/Strawberry Plains area. This was the original location & now there are 4(? I think) more. Famous for their crispy, fried green tomatoes, they never fail to please (photo). On this visit, I decided to try their fish tacos (photo). I'd never ordered these before because Puleo's is known for "Italian food w/ a Southern flair." Boy, was I pleasantly surprised! These were the best fish tacos that I had ever had, & I have had more than my share of fish tacos. Ample, moist fish; tasty, tart sauce; just the right amount of slaw & tomatoes; all inside a nice flour tortilla. Inexplicably, I decided to have grits casserole as my side, and it was also delicious! 6/26/17
A gem in an unusual location!

Great location for area hotels. Food selection was good, service was quick but friendly. The food was better than I'd hoped, very good and perfect portions. I would highly recommend!
