Husband and I came here for lunch 7/14/19 and Ashley was our Waiter.

This is our second time visiting a Puleos. Our service was good and the food was too. My husband got a burger and it could have been amazing if there was more seasoning to the meat. Its kind of pricey for what all we got.

However the staff was very friendly and Ashley was on top of everything!

Great service.
Couldn't give 5 stars because we're Coke product people.... Would give 4.5 - don't know how.
My son had spaghetti & meatballs. We had steak & chicken meals. Everything was great.

Great service at the bar, nice place to talk and celebrate, can chat with strangers, amazing fried green tomatoes. A bit pricey but you get what it s worth in taste alone. Definitely a spot to stop in and enjoy the area.

We were on way back from Nashville and stopped her for a late lunch. The restaurant was located very close to the exit. We seated quite quickly. For appetizers, we ordered the Fried green tomatoes. On the first bite, I felt it was too oily and probably couple of extra dashes of salt. I had to painstakingly remove the crust and just eat the green tomatoes.

For entree, we ordered the seafood ravioli. We liked it and didn't feel heavy after consuming it. The sauce was thick and ravioli was cooked right. Since we had a better experience with the entree, we decided to go for their Chocolate Lasagna.. sounded interesting but the dish as such is very ordinary. Just three layer of chocolate cake and mascarpone cheese between them. The marriage of the both should be good but they manage to mess it up.

Fantastic. The Rattlesnake steak is probably the best steak I've ever had. The staff is friendly and helpful. Me and about 15 other guys go to Kingston Tennessee once a year and stop by Puleo's Grille on our way back home to Spartanburg, South Carolina. Already looking forward to eating there again.

Took a shot, know the restaurants nearby but did not know Puleo's Grille. Came, it was quiet ordered our food it was delicious. Spoke to the waitress...why is it so quiet she thought it was because people did not know it was Italian. Had a really good meal...try it place was friendly, food was good. Close to Knoxville Airport.

Excellent dining experience all around. My waitress Connie was simply amazing in all departments. Order was prompt and prepared well. Portions were large and quite flavorful. Some flavors were a trifle strong but everyone has a different flavor they like. I have saved Puleo's Grille and will return for another delicious meal when I pass through.

Nathan was our server/bartender. He was very accommodating to our choices regarding the menu. He is a very nice young man, definitely an asset to this establishment. The food was also amazing.

Great find for road weary travelers. Personable servers (Nathan and Hannah) and excellent food. We had fried green tomatoes, shrimp and grits, and the Italian scallops with grits. The Napa slaw that came as a side to the scallops was my favorite with the added crunch of fried Fettuccine noodles. Definitely glad we got a recommendation from our hotel clerk.

Great food, great service, and a full bar. I was skeptical, based on its proximity to both the interstate and motels. I soldiered on, based on the great reviews here. We were certainly rewarded. Mike, our server, was attentive, helpful, and present when you didn't k ow you needed something. Food was perfectly cooked (when I ask for medium rare I want a cool pink center). Great dinner.

Crisp house salad on cold bowl with house-made dressing was perfect. Note: Salad comes with grated cheese automatically. For entree, I had mushroom (crimini) & kale-stuffed canneloni--bellisimo! Super tasty. Generous portions (I split the entree with a friend). Crusty rolls with real butter. Good wine selection. In addition to Italian food, menu also features surprising offerings such as fried green tomatoes with grits! Lovely local place inserted among a jungle of the usual fat good suspects at the Strawberry Plains exit. Put it on your Map!

From the staff that made it feel like I have eaten there everyday for a year, to the wonderful meal I had. The only bad part was that I ran out of the delicious food. Will return next time I am in the area which I hope is often.

The food was really good. My boyfriend got the ahi tuna dinner with asparagus and a baked potato and I had the burger n fries. His dinner was absolutely delicious mine on the other hand the fries were cold. Our server asked how our meal was and I told her they were cold and she immediately brought out new ones. Even the manager came over to apologize about the fries. Something so simple fixed in minutes which was amazing customer service. Our server was absolutely amazing. Wish I could remember her name. Definitely would go back. Only thing we didn't like was the food was a bit overpriced.
