I purchased my Jetta from Robert Cruz at Pugi and I have nothing but great things to say! Robert gave us just enough space when looking at vehicles and was also there whenever we needed him. He was professional, transparent, resourceful, and overall just a great guy to be around. Thanks for all of your help Robert! :)

Work is top notch but for top dollar. Pugi quoted me about $530 to replace and retension 2008 Hyundai Elantra GLS touring sedan power steering and fan belts using manufacturer parts. Maple Grove Automotive quoted me $300 for the same job but only charged me $270 using high quality after-market parts. I saved $260 by using my trusted mechanic and after-market parts and I also got top quality work for that price.

Great place, everybody seems to be easy going and respectful. I recommend to work with Andres Alvarez. He has great personality, so it was smooth, relaxed and fun to work with him to test drive and finalize the purchase.

All the sales associates here are friendly and helpful. Came in on a weekend and they were more than happy to show me the vehicles in their show room. They even got a 2018 vehicle from out back and drove it up for me to look at so I could compare 2019 vs 2018. I had no experience with Mazda before walking in the dealership and I was very impressed with the vehicles, the staff and the dealership. When it comes time to purchase a vehicle later this year, I would not hesitate to come back here.

Went to their Mazda Dealership in Downers Grove to check out and test drive a CX5 and a Mazda 6 a few Saturdays back. Spent over an hour trying to get the attention of a sales rep and couldn't get the time of day. Finally gave up and went and leased a Toyota Camry down the street. The experience was like night and day. Have had a couple of similar experiences with Pugi's Hyundai dealership and have found them to be one of the worst run Dealerships I've ever seen.

My Daughter couldn't be happier with her purchase of a pre-owned Kia. The whole crew was great from the salesperson (Jerry), to the sales manager (Chris ), & even the Finance Guy! Fourth car and counting from Pugi!

I had a very minor issue with my Mazda while passing through on the way to Ohio. They let me come in right away and the tech was able to fix the problem in about 3 seconds, with no tools, and didn't even charge me! Just one of the many reasons I LOVE Mazda!

Best car buying experience to date! Our sales rep, Dennis Carolan, was extremely knowledgeable and assisted us every step of the way. The entire process was smooth and Dennis followed up with us after the sale was through just to make sure we were happy with our decision. Would highly recommend Dennis and Pugi Dealership!

I want to give them a "zero star" i would in most ...

I want to give them a "zero star" i would in most cases just walk away and complain to my wife and dogs. "Service manager is a lier." I was so furious about his open lying about my vehicle. He said he would not repair a tire with a nail in it because where the puncture was located. I told him I am a jet mechanic and know that is not true. He said the "state" would not allow the repair the tire. The car had low milage mileage and was bought new from them. He told me all the tires had dry rot and had to be replaced. I said what!!!. I was ready to tell them to put 4 new tires on the vehicleI. The manager just walked away WT .... @#!#.
I asked the mechanic politely to please put my vehicle on the ground. He and another other colleague did not know how the tire pressure system worked and could answer specific questions ... and then they were BS ing me on how they function ... say what?
I shook my head.
I went to another tire establishment ... they took the tire off and said it was repairable. I asked for an expert to come in and look at the tire .." he confirmed the tire was repairable" ...the dry rot was not bad and would not effect the tires performance !
OK PUGI SERVICE MANAGER ...I AM JUST A DUMB CUSTOMER WITH 40 YEARS ON COMMERCIAL JET AIRCRAFT ... THE PUGI MANAGER WANTED TO REPLACE ALL 4 TIRES ! I WAS SPEACHLESS. Greed? ... maybe his bonus was tied to it? These guys have done all service and maintenance on this vehicle. Has the service manager done this to other customers? This is so sad ..just down right evil.
THE OTHER STORE ...knew exactly how the tire pressure system worked ... they told me the tires still had service life left on them ....
I asked them please put 4 new tires on ...please!

VERY SAD TESTIMONY ON WHAT ONE HUMAN BEING CAN DO TO A BUSINESS. I almost hate talking about it ... and wasting my time doing this posting ... because I know this ... PUGI MAZDA will do nothing about this in the end ...?

I have serviced my 2013 Sonata here in the past . I am always pleased with the service received. Fast forward, Having shopped around with dealers closer to me, I ended up here at Pugi and purchased a new Sonata. I couldn t be happier. Edwin, Kiwon, and Eric made this the best auto purchase experience ever. Transparent pricing, the finance options, and the tutorial of all the new features won me over. I highly recommend

Pugi Mazda has been a good dealer to my view despi...

Pugi Mazda has been a good dealer to my view despite my horrible experience when I bought my car with them (hour and hours spent there with information given in very small pieces after long waiting periods).
For service they have being pretty good. I have took my car there twice, once due to a noise complaint (rear brakes according their diagnostic) and the second time for standard maintenance. Pugi has a reasonable waiting room and a working wifi.

Pugi is not near my home but I come for the excellent service, until now. I asked very specific questions and the guy flat out lied to me and then gave me a quote and it was not what was on my bill and when I asked him about it he said "I told you plus tax". I always take my car to the dealership. All oil changes, maintenance, air in my tires, anything but today... Pugi, I am sure you don't care but today you may have lost a good paying customer.

We have been service our 2010 CX-9 for the last few years and Pugi Mazda has always provided fair and competitive pricing. Complimentary shuttle service with Lyft allows me to get to and from work while car is in the shop. Service loaner if needed are always top trim models which is another nice perk. Service department is wonderful. Pugi has my seal of approval!

I purchased my 2014 Elantra GT here with less than 5 miles on it. The car now has over 108,000 and has been well taken care of by the staff here. I'm a big fan of the service department here. Not so much the sales people. Who likes sales people though, right?

Very rude, running a hour behind. When i asked about arranging a drive to a appointment i had which i scheduled an hour and half after my appointment for the oil change. I got a very rude response. They do good with taking care of your car but the service desk guys need to learn what customer service is! I won t be back

I've never shopped here, nor do I want to. The Pugi commercials are the most obnoxious and annoying things I've ever seen. I don't care how good the discounts are, I don't care how nice the employees are, and I don't care how accommodating they are. I will never, EVER buy anything from here because their commercials make me want do take a dive in a vat of hydrochloric acid.

They have ran my credit with out my Authorization and when I asked who I ran my credit they said a company that sent them emails they refused to give me the phone numbers or refused to take the hard inquiry off my credit report very rude and fraudulent dealer

I had to wait three hours only to learn my car was ready much earlier but they had the wrong name tho they claimed to have called for me but with another name which someone had written down. No effort was made to reach me before calling the wrong name. I doubt I'll be back. Please tell Mr Pugi.

Great customer services and their techs always do a great job. The service guys at the front desk are always willing to go the extra mile for their customers. I am always happy with their services. The sitting area smells nice as well. MAZDA MAZDA MAZDA ZOOM ZOOM ZOOM.

We spent two weeks shopping at other dealers for a car for my daughter. If was frustrating dealing with pushy and aggressive sales people. Then we found Pugi Mazda. From the start Jesse was no-pressure, and patient. He let my daughter test drive several vehicles and was considerate of our budget. Pugi didn't have the exact car she wanted but Bill found one and brought it in. Bill was able to crunch enough numbers to allow us to purchase the car. After our purchase Jesse had my daughter return to the dealership with her new car to take the time to teach her about the vehicle and get all of the vehicle settings set for her. Our whole experience with Jesse, Bill, Andres, Greg and even the porters who delivered the car to our home was fantastic. This was a great car-buying experience and I'm glad my daughter got to see how business should be done.

Poor condition for a new car dealership. The staff are rude and obnoxious. Sales people stand at showroom entrance smoking. Cigarette butts all around the entrance. A dreadful experience with a rough crowd.

I ve taken my 2013 Hyundai Sonata here for a couple years and they always seem to be honest and work hard to get me on the road fast. One of the managers even replaced my rear taillight bulb for free. It s this kind of service that makes me feel comfortable going back.

Straight forward, upfront great place to deal with. Bottom line right away. Loved that!! Our salesperson was so knowledgeable! This is our third Passat now and he told us things that we never knew! Clearly I was going to the wrong dealership in the past!

Had an appointment to view a Jetta that seemed like a great deal online (found on CarGurus), but even after I confirmed the appointment a couple of hours before I arrived they said they had sold it that morning *just* before I arrived. Come to find out, two days later the ad is still on CarGurus so it seems to just be a slimy sales tactic to get you on the lot. Wouldn't recommend.

I bought a CX-5 Mazda in April my experience purchasing the car was fine. However I wanted to give them my business by servicing my car the two women I spoke with were extremely rude and not helpful at all. No manners or good customer service. I have tried multiple times to take my car there but everytime the poor service and bad attitude turn me away. I will now continue to take my car to the Naperville Mazda.

I came in because I have a Volkswagen under warranty also I had extremely low pressure in my tires and I wasn't sure if the tire was damaged was just due to the cold weather and the bottles they checked my car over they looked at the tires exclusively and told me that it was just the whether they service the car they check the fluids and it was done within an hour on a very busy winter day also of course the waiting room was very nice going to have a coffee there and just catch up on the news plus you can charge your phone

Nice dealership, fresh ground Starbucks coffee machine and reasonable parts pricing, not sure on labor. Just got an estimate.

They didn't jack the item price up to 125 (like Fox Valley) and they gave me a decent vaccuum job per ask... since I stopped in.

Pugi Hyundai has had my Genesis for almost 4 month...

Pugi Hyundai has had my Genesis for almost 4 months now with no end in sight. Yes, 4 months. They keep promising that the part will come in for my 2015 Genesis and have only provided me with the cheapest car on the lot while they take their time. I contacted corporate Hyundai after several months and they agreed that this was not right and promised to compensate me financially and provide me with a larger car while I waited. They then told me they would get back to me the next day. They never did. Warning to anyone looking to buy a Genesis. A Genesis is still a Hyundai... it doesn't compare to Mercedes, BMW or other Luxury cars. They will try to tell you it compares but wait until something breaks down.

Note to Pugi, it looks like you regularly respond to reviews. I challenge you to contradict my experience.

Pugi Hyundai is a nice dealer, and Hyundais are great cars for the money. Good, inexpensive service where the mechanics are actually ethical and will not try to gouge you. This dealer has also recently improved their waiting area and has provided consistently good experience over the years.
