It's okay for some things. There's always something out of stock. One time I wanted to purchase some chips that were marked on sale, it didn't show up on receipt, went to customer service and was told they were not on sale. I showed proof to the employee but he insisted they were not, so I returned them. The deli chicken is awfully salty.
But at other times they have corrected errors in pricing and most employees are helpful so that gets them some stars.
