I stopped by this Publix today for some fruit- on- the -bottom yogurt. Strawberry to be exact. There was no Strawberry yogurt in sight. I spoke with Chris & he got me a case from the back. Great customer service!

They messed up there deals and had us waiting for an hour in check out

Deli department makes you wait forever for cold cuts.over priced on everything they sell.The manager does not care how long you wait for cold cuts as long as they make sandwichs.

Deli was very clean and great selection of meats. Superior service and check out was fast.

Terrible customer service, I was at cash register today to check out and all I had was two items and first of the cashier Cherley, young girl, looked right at me standing in line and didn't speak,then her work friend I'm assuming was behind me and when I get to the cash register to check out, The girl Cherley tells her to come around me and she checks her out BEFORE me ,and told her to come around me! What kind of mess is that!? Didn't ask me nor apologize for doing that! Rude people! Those people need to be fired! DON'T GO TO THIS STORE, EVERY TIME I EVER WENT BAD EXPERIENCE!

Everything was in different places,even some of the employees had a hard time finding things.

Publix is always a pleasure!! But this one knows it regular customers by name.

I was raised by only shopping at Publix! Unfortunately, I have to tell the truth! The quality of the bakery has gone down! Publix is famous for the freshness and superior quality of the bakery. I now have to go across town to south gate Publix or any other Publix if I want some quality baked goods! The Baker in the morning on most mornings has been doing a terrible job! I have never seen such poor quality in any Publix ever. I'm not sure why the manager has even been allowing over cooked baked goods to be sold! I've had to return numerous items due to quality issues! My kids wont even eat the free cookies anymore if I go because they have been so hard! I was rudely told that the quality was fine by the girl who works night in the bakery, but any true Publix fan knows the truth about the GREATNESS that is felt, tasted, and consumed by properly baked goods from Publix! I'm sad to say from now on, this is one Publix I will no longer be shopping!

While this might be one of Publix older stores it's still well-maintained and well-stocked. The bakery at the store is particularly good. The deli is average. As usual the Publix staff is very courteous and friendly

Every time I visit this Publix I am wowed by the level of customer service. Today I visited and Carlo was graciously pleasant. He is amazing. Always smiling and welcoming. He walked me out to my car and thanked me for shopping at Publix. He began looking for card but had none on him at the time, so I asked what the card was about and he said to thank me for shopping with Publix. He then ran back to the store in the scorching heat to get me a card. So I also walked back to the building to save him the walk. It was a thank you card with coupons! Very thoughtful. My cashier; Mary Lou was also great as usual. It is always a pleasure shopping at Publix indeed

Publix has everything that I need very friendly people very helpful to find you a product that you don't know where it's located you can't find that anywhere at any Supermarket other than Publix five stars I give him six if I could

Very disappointing experience, considering how much Publix brags about customer service. My wife and I waited in line with another customer while a cashier and bagger chatted aimlessly with a customer (who appeared to be an acquaintance). The cashier knew customers were waiting, but deliberately prolonged the transaction in order to keep chatting. When I asked to move things along, the cashier became hostile. Publix doesn't need our business with this kind of attitude, we'll be shopping at Aldi and WalMart from now on.

The staff is extremely pleasant. I loved the little girl who bagged my groceries. It was take your child to work today. She did a grest job

This Publix is way better than the "Southeast Plaza" one on Cypress Gardens. Always a great experience to shop here.

I can understand the limits on TP & cases of water etc. But ONE GALLON of water? I've been buying 6 every week for 30 years and NOW I would have to risk my LIFE EVERY DAY for ONE Gallon. I'll go to Walmart free pickup from now on.

Everyone is more than willing to help and smiling. Store is always clean and they were clean windows and the entry while l was there today. It was great to see one of the management giving kind instructions. Love that store.

Clean store and very attentive staff. Occasionally we will place an order for an everything loaf from the bakery and the flavor never disappoints!

Came in today to get chicken for dinner at 8:15 pm and there was no chicken ready to go staff had already cleaned up for the night ask a staff member about ordering an 8 piece he told me that it would be 25 minutes and walked away only to come back 10 minutes later to ask if I wanted to wait for it and of course I had to in order for my family food should be ready for a customer no matter what time the store close. Poor customers service

This is one of yhe worst Publix in the area. Deli is super slow and they rarely have what i am looking for. Usually, have to go to the Auberndale Publix instead.

Publix stores don't carry same items from store to store,have to go to several Publix stores to get what i need,not really worth hassle.Last item i tried getting at Northgate was Freshpet dog food.Other stores have it but not this one.If one sells it,they should all sell it

I enjoy going to this Publix. The pharmacist Jennifer is makes my trip to the store one to talk about. She takes the time to work with you and have a listening ear. Thank you Jennifer for everything and keep up the good work

The people there are working hard to keep everything clean and safe. Thumbs up for our essential workers! Keep safe.

Publix has some great products and good service but I was in the restroom and see 5 employees come in the restroom , use the restroom and then walk out without washing their hands or anything.

This store is always busy, but it's usually quick checking out. They have a good stock of most things I need.

The grocery store is clean and the people are friendly. Prices aren't bad depends on what you are buying.

Well this store is making many changes. The store looks great and updated, but I cant say the same about the people that work there. I'm not sure what they are doing with the employees, but today 3/22/13 at 12:38pm they entire group at the deli dept was new... the guys had no idea what they were doing... I ordered two Sandwiches for lunch and the bread was hard as a rock. as if they used bread that was old... the most popular sandwich there (The Ultimate) was NASTY... Sloppy and difficult to eat... I go to Publix even though other places are cheaper because the experience and the people that work there. But after today I doubt I will go back.

DISAPPOINTED

I used to enjoy shopping at Publix but their unwarranted price hikes are a great reason for me to shop elsewhere. The corporate greed they engage in is akin to robbery. It's sad because many of their employees can't afford to shop where they work. The stores are clean and employees are friendly.

We pick up a cake. They did an excellent job. But the n again, all their cakes are perfect.

Publix was clean, friendly, Great shopping place, ran out of Apple pies.

Went to pharmacy to pick up medications. Always polite and professional. It is hard to go to pharmacy without going and check out fruits and vegetables,deli. What I love about this store is there is always someone willing to assist you. Help you find items and look things up.

I ordered a sub online and it got sent to another publix. Then i had to wate 30+ min in line for a sub. I will just be getting fast food from now on. not happy with this publix location.

Cannot buy cold cuts & cheese ... no one wants to service the customer. 2020, this year has turned around beautifully. Management has made customer service a priority ... now it's fabulous service with a smile.

Publix is great. This one is a little older and smaller but still has almost everything as bigger newer stores. really clean and organized with helpful staff and quality produce, bakery, deli, etc. My regular store
