Clerk in deli, cashier, and manager were very polite and extremely accommodating. Also ran into some great deals and always quality food/products.

It's PUBLIX, who doesn't love this place? It's your one stop shop for all your home needs. Always friendly service, these guys will help anyone at the drop of a hat. Oh and let's not forget their famous #pubsub!

Phillip Boek did extremely awesome and he deserves a huge promotion

Genuinely great store with very interesting marketing tactics. Sometimes at night a man with a walkie-talkie places a walkie-talkie by my bedroom window and turns the volume up to where i can hear it. He yells into the walkie-talkie telling me about deal at Publix, but very menacingly. Very effective marketing always get my udon bowl everyday or the walkie-talkie man will threaten me with violence. Please help he is here wit a gun telling me to inform you that Dawn Dish soap is on sale BOGO please dear god help me

On 10/13/14 I was helping my 93 year old friend do some shopping and while we were in the store my friend passed out (later found out a Heart Attack). I caught him and yelled for help. Mr. Alvin Chevis came with some store employees. My friend recovered and we continued to shop.. It was about five/ten minutes later, and he passed out again. I don't know what made Mr. Chevis stand back and watch us, but he was there in seconds to help me lower Elmer to the floor. Mr. Chevis got people there to help us and get a ambulance to take him to the hospital. Mr. Chevis being there made the difference and I thank him. Jerry McCartney

This publix had my sandwiches and sliced meat ready on time! The meats were also sliced correctly. Much better deli than the auburndale store. Only 4 stars because the hot sub was in with the cold sub at pick up.

Helpful, friendly workers. Good deals. Publix products are at least as good as name brands.

We regularly shop this Publix, but were very impressed by the Bakery Manager's helpfulness and suggestions. We were planning a birthday party for three family members and wanted a sports themed cake geared towards adults. He listened to what we wanted in the cake and helped us make the final decision. He even went to Tampa to get what he needed for the cake! His staff was very accommodating when we added a name to the cake a few days before pick up, and he texted my husband t let him now it was ready! How awesome is that? We were very impressed!

Dirty store and bad customer service I try to avoid this location at all costs

Ordered a sub, when I arrived they hadn't even noticed the ticket. I had to wait 15 min after my order was due to be ready for someone to bother making it, meanwhile there were at least 5 people behind counter and only one helping people. Last time I order here

They do live up to their statement, "Publix, where shopping is a pleasure". Enough said!

I have fell on hard times and sometimes I feel down because of all the stress. I struggle to keep my head above water. But every time I come to this Publix they're always so friendly so nice they always give him my kids stickers kids 12 and under get a free cookie.

I went in today to pick up my meds and they gave my 3 year old boy a coloring page and a small pack of crayons. And if feel I down and I am here they always cheer me up with kindness.I feel they're more than about the money they actually care about their customs. So this particular store defines Publix where shopping is a pleasure.

Sometimes I can barely keep food on my table and I could probably get food cheaper somewhere else but I choose to come here because this is one of my happy places.

I just want to thank all the employees, all the assistant managers, all the managers, and all the supervisors at the store for their kindness and loving and caring attitude towards each other and their customers. I love you guys.

Down to 30 percent observation of masks and physical distancing on the part of the customers. No encouragement by management or store personnel to observe physical distancing or one way aisles beyond signage. All employees wearing masks, and carts are being wiped down.

Well found out they don't give military vets free flue shots... So I would say this place is anti military.. meaning anti america.. please don't shop here..

Always a nice experience. The kids that work there are really friendly. The product is always stocked. There are always cashiers. This is a well run store.
