I sent the SS board for our tv in....a part that would've been over $180 to replace, and they fixed and returned it for less than 1/3 of that! Saved us time and money.... could use a little improvement in the communication area but otherwise a pleasant experience.
Forcing employees to work during an emergency in Red County without fully considering their safety. They don't care about safety or health at all, just money.
As a Security Supervisor, my experience working with PTS Corp has been very positive. If an employee is reliable and hardworking, they will succeed here and the management will bend over backwards attempting to push your development forward. If you are consistently late or do not apply yourself towards being a quality producer, you might find your time here to be difficult and short. Either way, PTS Corp has a core set of values that are crystal clear. If you come to work with a positive attitude and you give your best to them, they will return that favor two-fold.
I was looking for sound board for my Mitsubihsi Tv and could not find one. PTS advertised that they could repair the exact part number in 7-10 days. Well its been a month and 4 phone calls and no repair yet. Then I get an email saying that the repaired item will be here tomorrow. GREAT!! A little while later I get another Email stating that they can not repair it due to lack of parts. Why would they advertise that they could fix this particular part knowing that they had no way of doing it? Do not use these people for anything. False advertising and piss poor turnaround times. They should not be allowed to be in business.
So I sent my Powerboard in to get it fixed it came back the same way with no apparent solder or any visible repairs ...and guess what it's still not working ..first they don't answer emails than want me to sent it back....huge waste of time and money
Horrible place to work. The supervisor has not degree and treats her employees as if they were children.
Buyers Beware! Stay away from this so called company! Bought two boards from them and that supposedly was not the problem, so I sent the new boards back for testing and also the old boards for testing along with the power supply, get a call back and was told all my boards checked out good and I know that was a lie she told me the screen was bad So then I said ok just refund my money and you can keep the old boards. It s been a couple of months now and they will not answer any emails or refund my money. Buyers beware do not buy from this company they will rip you off!
I sent a main board from a 60" Sharp TV to the company and it was expertly repaired at a reasonable price. The people to whom I spoke over the phone were very helpful and friendly. As a customer, I could not have been more pleased.
Me and my girlfriend get hired on, they knowingly hire us knowing that we are expecting a daughter. We stated we have a doctor visit and would have to get off an hour early only once a month to check on the babies health and they also are watching the growth of my girlfriends cervical cancer which we told this lady in hopes she'd feel for our situation..needless to say the gal there said "Im trying to run a company here and can't be having that" followed by a phone call after leaving stating we had been let go. Reading through past reviews and it's fair to say they have truly earned the ratings shown. They'll hire anyone..literally, unless you have a doctor appointment once a month that is. Can't even describe how disappointed I am about this let alone my girlfriend.
This place is one of the worst companies in America. They treat everyone like trash because they are trash.
