The worst experience ever! In January I became pregnant after a tubal reversal. I miscarried and the nurse that called me back from the nurses station actually said to me when my levels came back at 5 you don t know how to read pregnancy tests, I don t think you were even pregnant Fast forward to the present mid June, my husband and I find out we are pregnant again, however this time it wasn t expected and I had just went on meds a month prior to getting pregnant. Knowing that these antidepressants are not safe while pregnant I again called the nurses station asking what I should do. And the same nurse called me back this time saying to me most responsible woman when trying to achieve a pregnancy avoid these medicine . Again I was uncomfortable felt like this nurse was judging me. To say such rude things to a woman who is having a rough fertility journey is beyond understanding. Do not go to this office they are not in any way understanding of their patients.
I have been coming to this practice for years for routine visits and have never ever ever ever experienced a more miserable, rude, and obnoxious staff in my entire life. You will never feel welcome in this building at any time. Let me tell you a story. I recently found out I was pregnant and went there for my first ultrasound. As new parents to be you go to your first appointment with excitement but that is immediately taken away upon arrival of this unprofessional office. I walk in and am greeted like a stranger in a rude manner to begin with. Then I go to get my actual ultrasound done and the woman doing it doesn t even speaking or give me any indication of what the hell is going on. (Remember this is my first time ever having one) and I will never forget how I had to ask what I was looking at and received one word responses, zero excitement - I can t stress it enough how rude and unprofessional this entire team is INCLUDING these doctors. So to take you to the last step in my horrible miserable appointment we meet with the doctor who after an hour of explaining how much we need to get testing done for Down syndrome (this is something we said we would have to think over prior to making a decision) and he went on and on explaining how without the testing we are stupid if we don t get it done. This topped of the most horrible experience of my life. If you are looking for a new gyno/obgyn AVOID THIS PRACTICE YOU WILL BE SORRY THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST IN THE INDUSTRY. I promise you will regret ever walking into this office if you do. Also this received a star only because it wouldn t let me post without any or else better believe they would be recovering NONE.

Patient at the beginning of my pregnancy and will never return. Rude staff, the call back nurse needs to be fired. She is incredibly rude and told me to google questions that I had for her when she called me with test results. Dr. Clarke s entered my exam room never having met me before and never introduced himself, just went about touching my body, I was horrified. I went there again when I fell and was not feeling baby move. Dr. Clemens turned the door Knob to my room took one look at me and said I could wait a while before he came to talk, then left in the same instant. I waited in that room in pain feeling sick to my stomach for another hour. This place needs a through investigation.
