Terrible management, changes in contract conditions. Delivery was delayed six months and the sauna was removed. They paralyzed work as well as change of working hours of workers without notifying customers. Authentic disaster. Regarding the answer. The projects undergo evolutions that are always detrimental to the buyer, for example six months of delay in handing over the keys without any compensation. As for the mail, it is fully verified. It is only answered when information about the delay or stoppage of the work is requested. Thank you

We are waiting for a courtesy visit to our home in the Parque Rio de Madrid Development in the Usera district of Madrid.
We have been 3 months late today, which we understand is common in new works, but what is really worrying is that, all of us who have bought Basement with terrace, we were surprised to see that the terraces do not have flooring. He has communicated it but we have seen him walking near the work visiting it is outside the fenced area. They are with topsoil, not even adapted to plant a garden. We are all affected trying to contact Pryconsa and they only respond (when they respond) that they will give us a solution in the courtesy visit (which has been canceled and has no date determined by the COVI19) .In reality, they do not want to give us the solution by writing or letting us know what they will do. They are behaving in a very dishonest way because the neighbors bought the ground floor with the terrace. A shame the lack of transparency and communication.

You buy a flat, usually, the biggest investment of a person's life, great, the problem comes when your bank asks for documentation of the floor to process the mortgage. Calls every day to inform us, to tell us what is missing, impossible to manage at the time they want because they do not offer the documentation of finished work ... After the odyssey of the documentation for the bank, without saving us the arrogance of those who answer the phone and their way of laughing at the customer, there comes a time when you have to ask them to come and fix a fault, responsibility of them that has formed a leak ... Uh! Impossible because they have business hours, just like you have, thanks to which you could ask for a mortgage to pay for your flat! At that time, better not to work because they will not be able to help you!
I do not know how this company is so renowned with the way they treat their clients. It's that they take away the illusion of brand new house !!
The worst thing is that if we get to know all this we do not know if we would have bought what is now our house. What more rude people!

Do not buy any home from pryconsa. The worst professionals. We made the courtesy visit and found the ceilings with fine drops. We make the claim and they excuse themselves saying that in the project it was so reflected. We have never seen the project. Yes they gave us the quality report in which it specifies that the ceilings are smooth. Nefarious experience. They sell you one thing and give you another. After paying, of course. Instead of a new home it looks like a home from the last century. I do not recommend it.

If I could I would not give them a star, They are some without shame, we bought the house with them in July 2016, when it was still flat, WITHOUT LICENSE and told us that the house would be in December 2018 and now it is in late January of 2020 and we continue without the house.
The problem is not only because of the delay, but from 2016 until today, we have not received ANY news from Pryconsa, it does not inform the progress of the works, the progress ... 0. The only answer they give you is that if you don't want the house you can cancel.
I don't think it's the ways to act.
It is the first time that we bought in Pryconsa and the experience is catastrophic, we will not buy again with them in the future.

Bad experience, I booked in June 2019 in the promotion of the Mirador de la Albufera with delivery date July-October 2021 and when we went to sign the contract they changed the delivery date to January-March 2022. In the first plans there was a sauna which they removed, informing us on the day of signing that they would replace it with a gym which does not appear at any time in the new plans. The information on the part of the company is bad, the works were stopped twice and they have changed the working day due to the covid-19 and at no time were we informed about it by people outside the company.

Regarding the answer, communicate that the community room was already foreseen in the initial project. With which the suppression of the sauna does not suppose any type of improvement, it is more they told us that half of the community room was going to be left to make a gymnasium to supply the elimination of this. Regarding the mail, it is fully updated and it is only answered when there is a prior complaint of absence of communication due to the stoppage of the work. Regarding the delivery date stipulated in the reservation contract, we suffered a delay of six months. Let's hope there are no later delays to the date indicated in the contract.
