Bad experience, I booked in June 2019 in the promotion of the Mirador de la Albufera with delivery date July-October 2021 and when we went to sign the contract they changed the delivery date to January-March 2022. In the first plans there was a sauna which they removed, informing us on the day of signing that they would replace it with a gym which does not appear at any time in the new plans. The information on the part of the company is bad, the works were stopped twice and they have changed the working day due to the covid-19 and at no time were we informed about it by people outside the company.

Regarding the answer, communicate that the community room was already foreseen in the initial project. With which the suppression of the sauna does not suppose any type of improvement, it is more they told us that half of the community room was going to be left to make a gymnasium to supply the elimination of this. Regarding the mail, it is fully updated and it is only answered when there is a prior complaint of absence of communication due to the stoppage of the work. Regarding the delivery date stipulated in the reservation contract, we suffered a delay of six months. Let's hope there are no later delays to the date indicated in the contract.
