It is a horror to deal with these people. The commercials a marvel, an excellent treatment and all the information of the world, but it is the only level that knows how to deal with the clients. You buy a flat, usually, the biggest investment of a person's life, great, the problem comes when your bank asks for documentation of the floor to process the mortgage. Calls every day to inform us, to tell us what is missing, impossible to manage at the time they want because they do not offer the documentation of finished work ... After the odyssey of the documentation for the bank, without saving us the arrogance of those who answer the phone and their way of laughing at the customer, there comes a time when you have to ask them to come and fix a fault, responsibility of them that has formed a leak ... Uh! Impossible because they have business hours, just like you have, thanks to which you could ask for a mortgage to pay for your flat! At that time, better not to work because they will not be able to help you!
I do not know how this company is so renowned with the way they treat their clients. It's that they take away the illusion of brand new house !!
The worst thing is that if we get to know all this we do not know if we would have bought what is now our house. What more rude people!
