ATTENTION! Reviews just for the office! The stock of spare parts is scarce. If you have not bought the printer from their e-shop they can not sell you a piece. You are not in the system. When you just walk out of the street because you do not want to wait 5 days to get out of the e-shop and pay the rough postage you just have luck. Two secretaries and technicians agreed on this point. Do not even know where and if there is a stone shop in the neighborhood with spare parts for 3D printing ...

A terrible approach to customer support, which unfortunately has no choice but to lie to its customers - at least to us. In total, orders worth over 250 thousand were issued. CZK, which is probably not enough to at least get information when our goods will arrive. Meanwhile, a part of the delivered goods has a claim for a defective pad - still unresolved. After delivery of individual shipments, we receive funny questions from customer service whether we have already received the goods - no overview of order fulfillment. The biggest forum came when we asked under three weeks, what it looks like with our order - an immediate reaction such that Prusa does not record any such order - funny, because of course it was already paid. So again, a few days of waiting and unnecessary communication followed, before of course it was found - we are still waiting (this is a multi-head), for a total of almost 7 weeks. All commented the same way - problems with supplies from China due to the covid.

Today I was invited to an excursion directly to Prusa Research factory. Incredible, where 3D printing came within a few years. Prusa's printer is rightfully the best printer. So the MK3 is on the way and I can't wait for it. Good job Josef and your team as well!

Tragic approach to customers. Orders are dealt with basically with a delay. Do fronts and long delays with the delivery of printers understand but wait for the filament? On the page, "We ship within 1 week of order", the fact is that after 10 days of ordering, you will receive a message saying that it is impossible to say when the shipment will be ready but it should not take long. By the way, the pages are always green highlighted "We send within 1 week of ordering"

Again the tragedy with the vision of further canceled orders like the printer where the more reliable option was to buy a bazaar.

I ordered the mk3 from Prague to be delivered to Raleigh, NC, USA. The web site said "2-3 week lead time" which I assumed to mean they were so backed up with orders it wouldn't ship for 2-3 weeks. Less than 1 week later, on the other side of the world, my printer sits waiting on my doorstep! Very impressive! I can't wait to get it assembled and start printing on what I understand to be one of the most impressive printers out there! That's Prusa Research! You guys are awesome and I will highly review you to my maker friends!

Extremely poor support, first you cannot order spare parts for the printer and then nothing is sent (even though the parts are in stock). Moving or not, but 1.5 weeks and nothing has happened yet. In the 1.5 weeks I was assured several times that "today" will be shipped, but nothing happened ....

May 25 Live Chat Inquiry: What about payment when personal pickup is canceled? - answer: You must have received an e-mail that we will send it by post. (did not arrive). I see. Probably an e-ability mistake.
June 25 info that the first printers are shipped from the given order date.
On June 26, it appears in my order status - Complaint, Complaint canceled. I don't know what this is about, so I'm sending a question about what's going on with my order? - Answer: Error in e-ability. We ship the printer as soon as possible.

That's not how you make money on salt water. Keep the printer.

HAHA. 8/28/2020 good joke. Unexpectedly, I received a message from a courier that he would deliver a package for about 10,500 CZK. I wonder what I ordered. And when I look in the e-mail, Pr a sends me a printer from order 6.1.2020. CHA - CHA - I'm not interested anymore.

Ordered my 3D printer directly from Prusa and the process was very easy and smooth.

Ordered online, paid immediately with KK and the device arrived very quickly, despite the international shipping.

Had a little technical. Problem and the customer service was very friendly, knowledgeable and above all very accommodating.

I can highly recommend this manufacturer with all the trimmings! Just the best! Keep up the good Prusa team !!!

Prusa Research has the best costumer service you can get from a 3d printer manufacturer. Also the best maker lab in Europe and the they are manufacturing the best 3d printing filaments in house in the Prusa Factory. We had the privilege to get a tour through the facility and it was one of the coolest experiences I had. Thank you Josef Prusa, Jennes, the complete SL1 team and everyone else from Prusa for being awesome.

Prusa Customer Service don't even deserve 1 star. ...

Prusa Customer Service don't even deserve 1 star. They can not even send out a email with a DHL return label to replace my damaged Einsy Board. This company is on its 100K printer and they still can' get it right. For the price of the printer I would expect better support than this. Its just a wind up service. I will diss the brand until I get value for money.
