I put 1 star, because I can not less, I have time ...

I put 1 star, because I can not less, I have time with problems in my multimaterial of my i3 mk3s and they do not give me any solution, I have sent them emails, I have called them by tlf and I have been attended by the chat of the website and after 3 months I still don't print with my multimaterial, I need help, thanks
