A terrible approach to customer support, which unfortunately has no choice but to lie to its customers - at least to us. In total, orders worth over 250 thousand were issued. CZK, which is probably not enough to at least get information when our goods will arrive. Meanwhile, a part of the delivered goods has a claim for a defective pad - still unresolved. After delivery of individual shipments, we receive funny questions from customer service whether we have already received the goods - no overview of order fulfillment. The biggest forum came when we asked under three weeks, what it looks like with our order - an immediate reaction such that Prusa does not record any such order - funny, because of course it was already paid. So again, a few days of waiting and unnecessary communication followed, before of course it was found - we are still waiting (this is a multi-head), for a total of almost 7 weeks. All commented the same way - problems with supplies from China due to the covid.
