PRUDENT FINANCIAL Review

I have had numerous loans with Prudent. I just finished paying them a 42000 car loan 1 year early, and a few other smalls loans with them
over the years. They have been more than fair with me, however, when I paid my car off, i asked for a small loan, and I was basically rejected within seconds of handing over a 11000 dollars to them and then ignored and not even thanked for paying off 1 year early. I was actually treated rudely when only 2900 was cash and the other 9k was a certified cheque. They are helpful, but I am not sold on their customer service skills either.

Exceptional customer service. I had personal help from Farrukh with No PRESSURE.
I have no hesitation to recommend anyone to Prudent Financial Services.

Excellent Customer Service. Owner himself is very customer focussed. And Mr. Farrukh was very cooperative and helpful.

I received a loan on my vehicle and was very satisfied. The people John, Jill , Farruk do try and help if you run into any problems.
I would recommend Prudent and feel comfortable dealing with them.

I have been dealing with Deborah McGee at Prudent for a number of years - anytime I need to borrow funds. She is very knowledgeable, honest, and gets things done. I won't go anywhere else, or deal with anyone else. Highly recommended!

Great company, awesome people but one in particular Deborah. Very helpful and always available to assist.

Lately I was beginning to feel like I would never get out of this hole.. managing 4 different payday loan's wasting over $800 a pay check just on the dame fee's and still trying to cover my regular bills. No regular bank would help me even though I have been giving them business the better part of 30 years.. But a prudent they actually wanted to help me and get me started on the right track again.. I went in expecting to get turned down like every where else but instead in less than an hour I had cash in hand to pay off all the payday loans, close out a major credit cards. I was then expecting a huge interest rate but NO I got a competitive bank rate.. when I left I finally felt like I could breath again and was kicking myself in the butt for not have going sooner and wasted all that money on payday loans.. Business to business encounter with Prudent Financial. Poor service, and gigantic charge for a cheque arriving 2 days late. I was told I couldn't speak to anyone with decision making abilities as they were busy, and was eventually hung up on. You can get sub prime loans at a lot of places, make this place your last visit.

Honestly if I was to give a referral, it would be with Prudent Financial, you really helped me out when I needed it.

Deborah McGee is my loan officer since 2015. She is so pleasant l feel so relaxed with her. She explain to me in detail without surprises and I could ask questions without hesitation. Everytime I have some project in my house I think of her I told her and we start laughing. For me she is the best. I think she understands everyone needs that's why I give her 4 star but in reality I want to give her 5. Ask for Deborah if you need financial help.

This company is a scam!!! Do not apply for any type of loan!! I literally have 5 months left to pay off my car loan, they repossessed it, claiming I have a charge unpaid for from 2018. These charges were never made aware to me, false claims of no insurance when I have proof of insurance. They are squeezing me for every possible dime because they know my loan is almost up. Horrible business people, dishonest, thieves and I will be sueing this company! Already sent my case to consumer affairs Ontario. I'm not rolling over! You are liars, and Ive got the paperwork to prove it! DO NOT BORROW FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

I was shaken up after I went to easygo financial where I got the worse service. I went to Prudent a little guarded because of what I had just gone through, however Gary and Farraukh instantly put me at ease. We got the best service, they answered all my questions and left me with no doubts. I left their office so extremely happy because one, I was treated with respect and two, because I am on my way to being debt free. If you need help I suggest you go there. They are truly the best.and most caring people.

Horrible costumer service skills by the owner Jill I walked in this morning she was stressed I said I'm here for a loan " I can't deal with this its Monday" I was with loan manager she came over and literally jumped down my throat about credit report. I had told her it's payed for and replied " I don't believe you". I said you're literally crazy lady and left. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE

Been through some ups and downs. I ve had Murphy s law run a mess this week and prudent more so Jordan work with me and own the patience of a saint like a boss. Can t say anything bad, management even decided to give me a weekend they didn t have to all I need do was ask! Try it.

My experience with Prudent Financial has been phenomenal! I am a return customer because of how Gary (the owner) understands and values the concept of relationship with his customers. Even as my credit score continues to improve every month, I would not hesitate to return to Prudent for any future needs. I highly recommend this company. Horrible company to deal with. Major pressure to buy a vehicle. Used Car sales people, not financial assistance. Would not advise to use.

Working with Deborah McGee has enabled me to deal with my finances and always courteous and available for all my financial needs! Gary is a helpful and understands the needs of the customer! If you need to really fix credit issues prudent is the way to go!

I would like to thank Gary and Jill at Prudent Financial Services for all their help over the many years I have been dealing with them.

They are extremely professional when they speak with you about a loan. They may come across a little stern at times but they do it because they don't just want to loan you the money but they want you understand your situation, ow you got into and try to help you get out of the mess you are in and put you on the right path. Let's face it, if we were a bit more responsible with our money, we would not need to go to Prudent for help in the first place. We all make mistakes. No on is perfect whatever your situation is in life. Anyone can lend you money because no matter what, the loan company will get their funds from you or your property/assets etc but it is another to find a loan company that actually cares about your future financial situation. And this is what Prudent does. They do care.

I went to another loan company once (only because I did not want to be lectured again by Jill ) and I regretted it. The interest was way to high, and once they were paid it took them 2 months and a few phone calls to take the lien off my car. I went back to Prudent and they paid off the loan for me (lecture and all LOL) and gave me a new loan. Trust me they are worth the time and effort to visit them. They have your best interest at heart.

Also they are very understanding if for whatever reason you need an extension on paying your monthly loan payment. As long as you dont take advantage, they allow up to a 2 week extension.

I have had at least 6 loans with Prudent over the years and will ALWAYS go back to them. I will never go anywhere else.

Also the office setting is relaxing, the staff are extremely helpful especially Irina. She is always willing to help in any way she can.

So If you need help getting a loan, re-establishing your credit etc. PLEASE give Prudent Financial Services a try. You will not regret it.

Also give Teddy, the family dog usually welcomes you when you come in. He is like a big lamb and loves people and loves to be petted. Teddy also helps to calm you down from a bit of a stressful situation and makes you feel good.
