I recently went into Prudent Financial Services and was extremely happy with the service I was provided with. Saif made the process very easy and quick and I would recommend him and Prudent to anyone looking for a loan.

My go-to place for friendly, financial services! The owners are appreciative of my business, professional and welcoming! Naomi is a great person to deal with, professional, friendly and knows what she is talking about!

Prudent financial is honestly way cheaper and more honest than ANY other loan company out there (except the banks). Second loan with them and i'm sure will not be the last.

Jill and Gary stern both are thieves. They pretend they are helping you but they are actually helping themselves with outrageous charges. Jill is always rude and bit*hy. She is not worth your $2 When you buy a car from them they track you down with their GPS very sneaky I worked for them for few days and I didn't like it because they are very shady with innocent people's credit history.

Just completed my third vehicle purchase thru Prudent Value Cars.
Prudent always offers a good selection of quality cars and trucks , if they don t have it, Gary and the team will make every effort to find it.
Then the team at Prudent goes the extra mile to ensure the vehicle is in top form on delivery and is backed with a 30 day full feature warranty.
But the two things that have always impressed me the most are the quick turn around and customer satisfaction.
I was able to walk in, select a truck and basically drive away the same day hassle free.
Then to receive a personalized follow up call, from the president thanking me for my business along with his personal assurance of my satisfaction with my new purchase. Makes you feel like family.

John Di Falco was absolutely amazing after I financed my vehicle through them. John sat me down and in a very professional manner helped me get the best Insurance deal for me and even explained in fine detail what to expect, set up the monthly withdraws etc. John was the one individual in Prudent that really made me feel comfortable in my experience there. John even followed up when I had difficulty with the Insurance company to make sure everything was okay and put my mind at ease. If you go to Prudent for a car....make sure to sit down with John....he makes you feel at ease and cared for.

Awesome service. The people are so helpful and nice. They're very accommodating with late payments and such as long as you call them and let them know what's going on. Super great place to get a loan if you're having credit issues!

Worst service ever, ridiculous fee, unless it's life or death situation. $1,900 "service fee" for $5,000. Loan. Not worth it.

John di Falco gave me a lovely experience. He was rude and didactic minus actually be moral. He had nothing to say but I told you so anf he is rather quite rude. I had an incident with car insurance coverage to which they were not willing to wait 24 hours or less to let me clear up the issue.

If you want to feel like less than human use Prudent and ask to speak with John fi Falco. He will happily help you.

After I cleared up my car insurance it cost me an extra $1,500

Also if you like some to turn on you and become a blood sucking business type use Jill.

DO NOT USE PRUDENT. THEY TAKE OUT LIFE INSURANCE ON THEIR LOAN HOLDERS AND HAVE OTHER LOOPHOLES IN THEIR BENEFIT IN THE CONTRACT WHICH THEY DO NOT INFORM YOU OF. ALSO SINCE THEY ARE NOT A BUG BUSINESS THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM TREATING YOU LIKE LESS THAN HUMAN.

We have been dealing with Deborah McGee primarily for many years now and she always finds a way to help us out with personal loans and mortgage loans and great advice on how to get your financials in order. Everyone at this office is friendly and welcoming, customer service is 5 stars. They have better rates than all the other companies and we would highly recommend prudent financial to everyone. Also, if it wasn't for Deborah we would not have know all the mistakes that our previous lawyers made with the closing of our previous mortgage.

I googled them up just now and I am quite surprised and at the same disappointed to find out that they are still in business. I say this because I had a horrible experience with them in 2004 that I will never forget.
All I can say is God forbid they make a clerical error and you will get your vehicle taken from you without proper investigation and warning, and the worst is they would not own up to the mistake and make you pay the fees to get your vehicle back. These people have no soul! You have been warned.

EDIT: I am not not the only victim seeing other reviewers' experiences where they had their vehicle repossessed over minor, easily resolvable insurance issues, then having to pay hefty towing fees to get it back.

Not sure how anyone could have any problems with these folks. If you get a loan (and they are quiet lenient about your credit), and you make your payments as promised you won't have any issues. They even allow you up to 10 days grace on the payment dates, all you have to do is call or e-mail and they do it right away. We have had a few loans with them now and are finally getting back on track credit wise and have never had an issue not once. Susan and Deborah are great and Gary although sticky with loans can be flexible when caught in the right mood. There are additional finance charges in the loan, but anyone going there has damaged credit so you should expect that you are going to pay a little extra, otherwise where are you going to get it?

NEVER AGAIN. HORRIBLE COMPANY. After missing one payment by a few days, my car was taken and sold at auction. I was then slapped with a 14K judgement and they put a lein on property. So, they have my Audi Q5 and a lein when my loan was 10k. Its like i paid them to take my car. Avoid this company unless you enjoy swimming with sharks.

My experience with Prudent was excellent. Andrea is an angel sent from God, she was very professional and helpful. They were able to help my family and me during a tough period. I would recommend Andrea and Prudent to anyone.

Beware......typical predatory lender......promotes 5% low interest rate but the REAL cost ends up being over 20% with the up-front fee.....stay away from these bandits.

Aware future customers. I had a very horrific experience with prudent financial, where i was made to feel like a worthless, disgusting human being. My privacy was completely disregarded and was embarrassed in front of friends and family by harassment phone calls by Frank and Gary Stern. He left me voicemails threatening of suing me, repossessing my car and telling me i was disgusting because my payment was behind for 2 weeks. As a young professional who needed some minor financial assistance, I do not believe this type of reaction and behaviour is acceptable. I am currently still paying off my loan, ON TIME, UP TO DATE and few payments remaining. If you want to be ridiculed, belittled and be verbally abused, I think prudent financial is the company to go with!

Love prudent! I have been dealing with Prudent for over 10 years . Gary is truly a good man. He listens and is very honest with you. He recently put me in a 2015 Toyota that I absolutely love! They lie and do everything they can to take out pre-authorized payments out of your account without consulting with you. When you connect with them they degrade you. They also claim you cannot take your vehicle out of the province. As well, they engage in very creative bookkeeping which ensures when they steal your vehicle for one late payments they suddenly claim that you owe more than the actual loan amount after you have been making regular payments for 5-6 months. So, clearly they are thieves. What ever you do, do not do business with them. And when you ask for calculations for the amount of funds owing magically they do not provide you with the information. Clearly they believe you are not people and do not deserve respect or to be treated fairly and believe they can steal from you. Please know, this is can only be deemed as a form of defamation if it is not true. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, WHAT EVER YOU DO!! PLEASE PROTECT YOURSELF!!!

If I could turn back the hands of time,their office would be last place on earth to visit.Jill their loan officer has zero customer service professionalism,I believe these guys should be aware of the kind of customers they would get,not that having bad credit should be enough reason for you to be put on the spot,shouted upon and your privacy to be touted infront of everyone,no courtesy whatever,I actually turned down their loan,better be a king in the jungle than a slave in the city.

prudent is only good to you until you get the loan.. if you even get it! they ate NOT willing to work with you like they claim to if you have problems. Luckily we had a small problem that they were not willing to work with but fortunately it worked out without their help. Once the ink is dry, you matter not to them. Horrible company! Stay away!!!!

I inquired about a loan a few years ago and found the woman I spoke to was very rude, so I didn t go further with the process. Plus the reviews were awful. I now noticed all these amazing reviews have been posted in the last week and all the people that posted have only ever posted that one review. Just seems a bit suspect or they just had an amazing week.

I have had MANY loans over the years with Prudent and the last 2 or 3 times I have been told I was approved after giving all appropriate information and credit checks (which makes your score lower each time they check) only to them be told SORRY we can t help you.

Their commercial states lower score, bad credit, self employed etc but even with a good paying job and over 100,000 in equity in my home I still got denied $1000!!!!!

They state they can help but they have been anything but.... oh and they tried saying due to covid they are being more careful...,

All 5 star reviews are fake, done either by actual employees or fake accounts. All 5 stars users have only one or 2 reviews under their belts. ie. Irina with a 5 star review here, is actually the receptionist. One of the 5 stars is actually by Prudents own Gmail account! That's just pathetic...

We have used Purdent Financial in the past. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful amd overall kind. Bob made sure we understood everything and he took the time to explain all of our options. Gary came in and helped us out even further. We would recommend Purdent to anyone
