I have had numerous loans with Prudent. I just finished paying them a 42000 car loan 1 year early, and a few other smalls loans with them
over the years. They have been more than fair with me, however, when I paid my car off, i asked for a small loan, and I was basically rejected within seconds of handing over a 11000 dollars to them and then ignored and not even thanked for paying off 1 year early. I was actually treated rudely when only 2900 was cash and the other 9k was a certified cheque. They are helpful, but I am not sold on their customer service skills either.
