prudent is only good to you until you get the loan.. if you even get it! they ate NOT willing to work with you like they claim to if you have problems. Luckily we had a small problem that they were not willing to work with but fortunately it worked out without their help. Once the ink is dry, you matter not to them. Horrible company! Stay away!!!!
