Great stay, wonderful customer service. Elevators are a little dated and take a long time to arrive sometimes, but room was current and bed was very comfy. Restaurant in lobby was great. Would definitely stay there again when in town.

We had a good experience, just there for a short event, but the staff were helpful, the venue clean and comfortable. Traffic immediately surrounding the hotel was awful. But that's what we get chief being on the road at 5pm.

I came for the LTUE Writer's Conference. The Marriott has been more than accommodating, easy to navigate with staff who are always ready to help you out. Although I didn't stay in any rooms, if it's anything like the business/social event rooms, I'm sure they're nothing less than stellar.

Nice room, but the breakfast is not complimentary like other Marriott hotels. It's around $13 per person to eat the breakfast. Only certain rooms are legible for the complimentary breakfast according to the operator.

Located in historic downtown. Several small conference areas. Restaurant and bar on site. A Starbucks also open most the day. Two different towers of rooms. East facing rooms are the only rooms with a view. Several restaurants and other sites close by. The Provo convention center across the street at the rear.

I have been here for a few seminars and the room is absolutely beautiful. The decor throughout the place is awesome too! The look of the outside can be very deceiving because inside is brand new and gorgeous!

Stayed here because it was across the street from a convention I was working security for and was recommended by the convention to stay at. For starters they put us in the wrong sized room, we asked for one that would sleep 6 and we got one that only slept 4, and was told we could not have extra beds for the room. For the price we payed I would have thought there would be a complementary Breakfast and better coffee in the room or even available in the lobby. Nope, not the case. Had to pay for breakfast and only other coffee in the place was a Starbucks. I don't like paying for burnt coffee, but that is just my personal opinion on Starbucks coffee. So if you like to pay for all the things during your stay this is the place for you. If you don't like paying for everything and want a good cup of black coffee, stay somewhere else.

This is a very comfortable hotel, centrally located in downtown Provo. The hotel lives up to its brand's standards. There is a free parking garage next door. If you have things on your roof, check carefully before entering.

Everything was clean, the food was good, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room I stayed in didn't feel extremely luxury or anything, but it was a perfectly suitable hotel experience.

It's nice that it is within walking distance of the Frontrunner Station because parking around the building is rediculous. Anyone attending a conference here should be prepared to walk several blocks.

I m in a hotel most every week, and stay here when I come to Provo a couple times per year. Front desk staff are always top notch and friendly. Newly renovated lobby and rooms have made what used to be just a decent place into a really nice, comfortable, and elegant hotel.

Centered to almost everything, friendly bartender, reception Staff always smiling.
There was cables underneath the carpet in the room, no way to dim the light, no mini bar, have to go to the front desk for a bottle of water.

Not the same as other Marriott around the world.

The staff is extremely friendly and the rooms are clean but I had to remove stars because the walls are so thin and the bed is so hard. It sounds like people stomping upstairs and I can hear full conversations from my neighbors. I toss and turn all night trying to get comfortable.

It is an alright place to stay. It is in a very convenient location, and offers good service. It is fairly inconvenient though that the pool closes at 11. As someone running a convention, I don't get back to my hotel room till 11, and then the pool is closed so I can't go and relax after a long day.

Hotel is great, even if it is running at 20% capacity. Please note that the hotel does not mandate that guests wear face masks, so stay at your own risk. Also, the state of Utah is very lax with face mask requirements, so the dining district by the hotel is crawling with people not wearing masks. I would advise caution if you want to minimize your chances to get Covid.

This is my fourth year staying here for the Storymakers writing conference. The staff and hotel has always been great; it's conveniently located, close to a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, and so on.

Great rooms, spacious and clean. Breakfast on the 9th floor was good too, but it is limited access. Otherwise there is a restaurant on the ground floor. Location was easy to find and plenty of parking in the garage connected to the lobby.

My stay here has been very comfortable. The staff has been courteous, professional, and very helpful. The room was clean and we'll decorated. The only suggestion I could have made would be to include two different pillow densities on the bed. They were all high quality feather, but I would have been nice to have another option as well.

We had a nice stay. The rooms are currently undergoing renovations. Staff was helpful and friendly. We ate at the restaurant which had really slow service but they were extremely kind and gave us 75% off our bill.

Stayed here for a 3 day business trip. The room was comfortable and newly renovated. The ice machine was disabled due to the renovation, but they let me know when I checked in and all I had up to do was call the front desk and it was brought right up. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Very nice hotel and conference center. It is the talk of the Town. Everyone in the area knows the Marriott's. They are a cut above. The bar is understaffed. Not great for large groups. Cocktail and wine selection is actually quite good. Prices are pretty standard. The rest of the menu is pretty decent. When you're in the hell hole of Provo. Marriott makes it a little bit better. Yeah, so why not stay with them

Rooms are great, beautiful, well kept. However, myself and one other person that I know of, were incorrectly charged for a business trip. They charged my card $500 instead of my counties card and it took everything I had out of my account. When I told them about it, they told me to come back later and it should be fixed. I did so and they said it was fixed but my bank would take 3 days to catch up. This meant they had taken all my money and left me in the negative. Any pending things that were in my account would be charging me an insufficient fund fee and I had no money to eat with or do anything for the conference.
One kind employee agreed to call my bank and help. It was a mess, I was on hold for 15 minutes, then hung up on (accidental?) after all of this, I was late for my conference class and emotionally burnt out. They didn't do anything except say sorry.
Why didn't I just use a credit card? I wasn't informed about needing a card for the "don't trash the room" fee. It was my first time staying in a hotel.
On top of this it took 20 minutes to get our food at their restaurant SLATE, both times we ate there.
I don't know if I will ever use a Marriott again, it's just too much crazy.

I frequent this hotel and always have a pleasant stay. I come to Provo at least twice a month staying 3 days at a time and this is my go to hotel. Their customer service is excellent and they always try to accommodate your request when possible. They make you feel welcome and always have a smile on their faces. The hotel is located in the center of the city and I like walking around. That's if it's not too cold. Their lobby is wide and has a good vibe. There are seating areas where you can just sit and relax. Their restaurant has a good selection of food and drinks. Their gym is better than other hotels as there is ample equipment you can use to exercise. This is getting to be my home away from home! Picture I posted is the view I have from their lounge.

Hotel is very fancy looking but the room wasn't all that great. I'm an elite member here but for a moment I was doubting wether or not the room had been cleaned. Swimmingpools were okay, fitness room is pretty good. I've yet to try the food.

Overall, good experience. The hotel is pretty fancy! I m only giving it a 3 because the door into the hotel room is much smaller than the door frame so there is a ton of light which shines through and lights up the room. We had a baby with us and we wanted the room to be much darker. The service was wonderful though. Would recommend

This is a great place to stay with lots of recent updates and a very classy feel. There were a handful of little things that were incredibly annoying, hence the missing fifth star.

There are only two tiny drawers in the room with two queen beds, both down on the floor and awkward to get to. Very difficult sharing the room with 3 other women.

There are no outlets or night lamps on the outsides of the beds. So the only place to charge your phone is on the other side of the room unless you're sleeping on the inside of the bed. And if you stay up later than others you're keeping them awake with a massive lamp meant to light the entire room.

There is no microwave - only a fridge. Even though the website says their rooms have both.

The public restrooms on the main floor have solid doors that go all the way to the floor - but no "occupied/vacant" indicators. So you can't tell if anyone is in the stalls or not. I was there during a convention and people complained about it literally EVERY time I used the restroom. SUCH a cheap fix!

Stunning, professional and easy to navigate around in.
I struggle when I go to the Salt Palace because you have to walk the whole building before you can find your venue.
This place is so much smaller but their tv computer screens let you know where to go and what time everything starts.
Very comfortable!

Very nice hotel. Had a great stay enjoying both the lovely rooms and the restaurant/bar. Nice staff. The parking garage was a bit confusing but in the end well worth the money. Thanks for a nice stay.
