The location is good because it is near downtown and there is plenty to do during your downtime. The rooms aren't anything spectacular because its a hotel and are like any other hotel around. The service was reasonable but nothing extraordinary.
I have been to this hotel many times for conferences. I like that there is a parking garage with a charger for both Tesla and other electric cars. The staff is very professional and friendly. I have eaten countless meals catered by them and have enjoyed them all.

I believe that the service from the conference center itself was five star service. The event I attended however was relatively sub par.

Staff were friendly, I loved the accessibility of power outlets in the lobby furniture (including USB ports). My only conference center-related complaint would be that the women's restroom was completely out of toilet paper the entire time I was there.

The hotel is nice and in a great location. It was perfect for access to the 4th of July activities. Our room was nice and spacious, but the temperature in the room was either too cold or too hot. There are 2 pools, one indoor and one outdoor. The outdoor pool is just a tad too cold. All the kids complained. Even when it was 100 degrees outside. The indoor pool is what you would expect, stuffy and loud, but probably great in the winter. There are lots of places to hang out and sit in the lobby.

The hotel is alright, old and small rooms. I wanted to pay for a suite upgrade with points but was told they were cash only. I am a Silver member. The next four members of my party were gold and were offered free Suite upgrades.
I recently visited the Marriott Hotel to celebrate the campaign of a Utah congressman. We used the Zion room and worked with the event staff to set up the party. Everyone was very helpful and the room made the perfect setting for a great party.
Enjoyed a great lunch at the Slate restaurant. Awesome buffalo burger and delicious mountain scones. Reasonable prices and they have covered parking which is free if you eat at the restaurant.

I've been to a couple different formal conferences here and it's been great! The aesthetic is very modern and classy, the rooms are spacious, and the catering was delicious.

Went there for a graduation ceremony for preschoolers. It was very clean and the front desk people were nice and helpful.
I had a pre-interview dinner at the Provo Marriott Hotel with EY and it was nice. The service was friendly and the food was delicious. The servers did well ensuring the water and lemonade pitchers were full. When the meal was finished, they were prompt at removing the used dishes and cutlery. I would definitely return for another dinner.

They were very friendly, we rented out the event center, willing to work with us with all our requests. The price was cheap as well. Did a wedding and it went well.

I had the opportunity to attend a training at the Marriott. The parking structure right next door makes it so convenient. Parking is also validated if staying in the hotel or attending an event. It is definitely nicer inside than in the outside! I was impressed. It's quiet and spacious. Bathrooms were very clean. The quietness makes it not so kid friendly as it all carries very well.

The Provo Marriott is a wonderful hotel. They provide great service through out your stay. Tthr breakfast is great in the morning and they also have a printer by the front desk for you to print your boarding pass if you need to.
Well organized, beautiful hotel, great place to hold a conference. Got a bit warm at times but that happens when you have a bunch of people crowded into the same panel.

This place has good ammenities, but was not great for sleep. You could hear everything going on everywhere. The door handles don't allow you to close the door quietly so you just have to ouul it until it slams, which means you're waking up anytime someone exits or enters their room on your floor. I don't know what kind of noises we're going on in the workings of the room but they were loud too. Not a good place to come if you like sleeping.
The quality of the courtesy displayed by the staff is exceptional and comforting. From the Front Desk to the omelet Chef they were each attentive to the responses after they would ask a question. Top quality.
We've held many events there and they do a wonderful job. Highly recommend them
