Stayed here on New Year's Eve with four other families and their children we swam, ordered pizza at a discounted rate at a local business because we were staying at the hotel and everything was clean. it's pet friendly, it was not an extra charge for the pets. Great hotel!

Was going to rent a conference room and a few of their services. Emails with the company were very different from the in person experience. Prices varied and felt dishonesty in their quotes. Fees were only mentioned after the deal was quoted.

I was part of a legal team that utilized the Provo Marriott and Conference Center as a "home base" during a lengthy trial this summer, and I was taken aback by the lack of professionalism and customer service here. We ran into problem after problem, and we couldn't wait to get out of there in the end. We had initially reserved a conference room for the duration of the trial, but there was some sort of communication mixup, and mid-trial, we were told that we would need to pack everything up (several computer workstations, a copy machine, carts full of binders, etc.) and leave because our room was needed for something else. Jeff Rosen, the event manager, was a rude and completely unhelpful as we tried to resolve this issue. We ended up coming up with a solution on our own, and when we presented the idea to him, he openly admitted that he had thought of it himself, but didn't suggest it to us, and then he proceeded to make up excuses for why finding out if that solution would work was going to take him days to figure out. I felt like he was intentionally being difficult because we had pressed him to help us figure out the inconvenience of moving everything on such short notice. In the end we were setup elsewhere, and a part of our new location in the hotel required that they setup a secure network for our computers and copy machine. During the initial setup of the network, they sent up their on-site tech support guy, Dave, who was, frankly, completely clueless. When I explained our need for a dynamic IP address instead of a static IP address, he looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language (and clearly, to him, I was). He ended up calling a third party tech support line, and they walked him through the steps needed to get us setup. He was unable to answer any of our questions, and when he left he awkwardly laughed and told us not to write a negative review about him anywhere. Sorry, Dave. Just a few days later, we woke up to computers that wouldn't connect to the internet and network printers not working. The hotel, for some unknown reason, had shutdown our network, leaving us, once again, floundering in the middle of a huge trial. They sent Dave back up, who once again just called his third party buddies to fix the problem. And those issues just cover about half of it. We dealt with several other smaller issues, like our toilet paper not being replenished for over 24 hours, cheaply made items in rooms falling apart, a used needle on the ground in the parking garage that still wasn't cleaned up a week later despite our complaints, and multiple team members getting stuck in elevators multiple times (there aren't any stairs from the main floor up to the hotel rooms, except one set that is for emergency use only and will cause an alarm to sound). Another time, I made a quick trip back to our home base room to grab something during court and found our door propped open by a tool bag, but the room was empty (and our bathroom faucet was missing). A maintenance man appeared several minutes later, and it irked me that he had just left our door open with thousands of dollars worth of equipment in there, as well as highly confidential lawsuit related documents. You'd think the staff would be more cognizant of the need for security, especially with all of our technology sitting out in the open. I don't mean to sound high maintenance. That's not who I am. Just given the amount of time and money we were spending there (multiple hotel rooms for several attorneys and staff plus the conference room for over a month), I expected to be better taken care of. I think they get away with crummy service because they're the only hotel in downtown Provo that can conveniently service the courthouse and the convention center. They must feel like they don't have to provide quality customer care because they have a monopoly on the market down there, and I personally think that's just sad.

Beautiful facility, great location, but they had construction going on and didn't do much to minimize the inconvenience to their guests, ie we had to go to a completely different tower to get ice!

Nice location. Fairly easy to get to from the freeway. I attended an event in one of their conference rooms and it seemed nice enough. They do charge for parking in the parking structure unless your parking is validated though.

Very Nice lobby and conference center. But it is definitely being underutilized right now during the pandemic. My company utilized several conference rooms over about a week stay. Comfortable and very accommodating. And conveniently located right in downtown Provo.

It's a nice place, and the staff that day was outstanding! My daughter really wanted a cookie and they had none. The gentleman behind the counter tried to find her one but could not. We had to go, so the gentleman tracked us down and gave her some chocolate cake. Little gestures just like that would make me refer anybody to this place!

This is a conference hotel. Though open to all guests their busy time is during the week with business travelers. Due to this they're usually cheaper on weekends. The outdoor pool was replaced with a lounging area in 2014 and about the same time there interior was updated beautifully. Stylish fireplace that's kid safe, relaxing lounge, and restaurant areas. The pool and gym we're being updated during my last stay.

I haven't stayed in the rooms here, but I've used their elected car parking and have attended a conference here for the last few years. The hotel is well decorated and has a variety of conference room sizes and types including an amphitheater style room. The food is delicious and there is a Starbucks in the lobby. To park in the garage you need to ask the front desk for a token, but they let you park for free. This year I was particularly impressed with the hotel because they let me store my pumped breast milk in a small fridge during my conference (I'm a working mom of infant twins) and that made my life so much easier.
