Lovely place. Well kept and the staff was friendly. They are consistent from my experience with past Marriott hotels in different states. My go To when going Out Of town
Attended a conference for work at the Provo Marriott Conference Center. It was a great facility with kind staff.
Clean & updated, brilliant location, very nice staff...love coming here
Most of the rating is based on their restaurant. I ordered a ham and cheese omelette . the cook started to use a pan he had just used to make an omelette with mushrooms. I told him I was allergic to mushrooms so he picked up a dry rag and started to wipe the pan out then was going to use it. with that I told him not to bother and turned around to see the waitress sitting some other guy at my table and getting him drinks. after that I had to just leave, there staff has the poorest customer service I have ever seen. if your going to have someone cooking for customers at least make sure they have some culinary training so as not to kill your customers from food allergies.
Was in the Zion Conference room! Good place for a conference.
I visited my grandparents who were staying there for breakfast. The staff were moderately polite and the food was what you'd expect for a hotel breakfast.
A great place to hold a meeting or conference. Nice conference rooms and beautiful interior decoration throughout the ground floor. I like how the bathrooms have solid doors on the stalls, like international bathrooms, instead of the small metal doors where you can see under and through the cracks.
Excellent accommodations. Very friendly, courteous and congenial staff!
The IT tech support team is great!
Reception is truly second to none.
I've presented twice in this conference center. Can't say enough positive.
Very clean, fresh feel building, Service was great!
Went to an event for my son held in one of the conference rooms. They take great care of the hotel. I've also stayed overnight here in a couple occasions. The building is extremely well kept, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Quick access to the parking garage. Overall excellent experience.
The staff was very responsible and respective about the need of the clients. Very professional.
The men's restroom did not havr a baby changing station.
Nice, comfortable room, and there is starbucks in the lobby. Many place to eat around the hotel in an easy walk.
Well usually this place has been great, but this time it was so crowded, noisy, and the fire alarm went off at 6 in the morning, and then they wouldn't do late check-out..I may pass next time.
Went to a small conference on a Tuesday night. The place seemed pretty empty, the service was great and facilities were also.
I've attended several conventions at the Provo Marriott and it's always been pretty nice. It'dbe even better if they opened WiFi access to conventions attendees, but apparently that's asking too much. Parking is becoming more and more of a joke now since all the nearby parking lots are becoming construction projects.
Stayed for 2 weeks. The guys in the lobby are great. They deserve 5 stars. And the front desk staff was polite. But when we decided to change rooms and extend our stay, I was treated very poor by 2 guys.. "managers" who work there. The housekeeping manager and the engineer manager.
In fact, the housekeeping manager took off his name tag when I said I was going to complain.
The staff was pleasant and the decorating is beautiful. They recently renovated as well!
Go see the accommodations of the hotel with the intention of renting a room. I liked what I saw!
Came for a meeting and thought the lobby and meeting rooms were very nice and easy to access.
I had little interaction with staff since I was there for an event. But they were helpful, and the facilities were clean and pleasant.
Every single floor had something wrong with the vending machines. A bottle of water cost 4! Staff was intolerant of the large groups of kids they required stay at their hotel because they sponsored a hockey tournament. Seemed more interested in their image than that of their guests comfort.
Went to rent a hertz car and had to wait 30 minutes past reservation time. Did receive a discount though
We arrived for an event. The staff was very helpful in assisting us and the conference room was immaculate.
The little that I saw of the hotel looked very respectable. Everything was well kept and looked modern and sophisticated.
The conference rooms are beautifully done and the hotel has a beautifully done lobby. Did not stay in hotel for conference so can't comment on the rooms.
I went to a banquet for a class in college. It was good. We spent some time in the amphitheater then moved to a smaller room for dinner. Good facilities and service.
This has nothing to do with the hotel, I think the hotel is great! But the reservation phone line is horrible.... I usually book rooms online or work directly with the hotel for room blocks, but I couldn't in this situation. I had to call in twice on a single reservation, each time I had to wait over 20 minutes till someone finally answered. When speaking with rep, it took over 10 minutes to even book a hotel reservation. I had to repeat myself several times to the rep on the spelling of my email, and they still got it wrong. So I never received my confirmation email. I had to call in the second time to get the confirmation number which took over 30 minutes.
I never had so much trouble getting through a Marriott reservation line before. Being an event planner, it makes it hard to recommend this hotel if my attendee's have the same issues as I did when trying to book a simple reservation.
We loved our visit to Provo, Utah and also loved our accommodations at the Provo Marriott Hotel and Conference Center.
We especially loved being able to look out our hotel room window at The Y on the Mountain for Brigham Young University.
Really beautiful hotel! Convenient when your events are in the conference center. The gym was pretty nice, there was a broken machine, but for a hotel gym I was impressed. I enjoyed my stay.
I have gone to quite a few events here. It is a very nice hotel and professional environment.
Comfortable clean rooms, good service. Weird that the concierge service is unavailable Sunday.
The runs are very nice. Close to restaurants and plays at BYU.
I was here for the LTUE conference. The building was well maintained, and they treated us well.
I went to LTUE at the Marriott in Provo. There rooms were appropriately sized and professionally kept up. It is a good looking venue and I had fun.
It was incredible! The staff is amazing. The room is nice, but I bit overpriced. The sex on the beach from the bar was incredible! Ask for the one in the small book, and you will have a blast! Again I loved it.
It's a pretty nice place, but it seems graduation ceremonies are inherently quite miserable and boring.
Nice big conference room. There were some a/v issues
No complaints whatever about this hotel. One if the best Marriott's I've stayed in
The staff was great, everything was provided for. It was nice even though the UTSTA may have outgrown the venue.
Beautifully renovated hotel! My whole family thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Beautiful rooms, clean and friendly helpful staff reason for 4 stars is because the room's don't have microwaves and no breakfast in any form!
Work event was held here and the space was large and nice. The building in general feels very elite. Fit alot of people.
I stayed at this hotel for the BYU football game. The location was great because it was very close to the stadium. The service was excellent. The rooms were spacious. It was an overall relaxing experience.
The Grand ballroom was spacious, secluded, and we'll kept.
I only went for a conference but the service there was well put together and organized. Very helpful employ.
Nice renovation work has been done on this facility I prefer the North Tower to the south tower so I can be close to the concierge lounge.
Excellent location, clean comfortable rooms and the staff was incredible!
Nice facility for attending professional conference. Catering was very good. Staff was very professional and helpful. 7/24/2020 update: Morgan provided wonderful, kind customer service! Upgrading my rating from 4 to 5
Stayed here for easy access to the Freedom Festival in July. Newly remodeled inside, descent fitness center and both indoor and outdoor pools. Parking in the garage is free.
It was a clean location and offered a lot of amenities for a business. The front desk staff was unwelcoming and we had to find our own way to the meeting rooms, but other than that it was great!
It's really nice inside and very well air conditioned. There is lots of seating and the bathrooms are super clean
I was there for a banquet. We did not spend the night. However, the food was great, and the conference room was accommodating
This is the first time I've stayed at the Provo Marriott in a few years, and the rooms have been completely renovated, updated, and modernized. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. I've been very pleased with my entire stay. (August 2017.)
Overpriced, staff ignores you. Housekeeping had to come back twice. Night manager had to bring us clean towels!
The Conference Center is Gorgeous, with very tasteful designs and furnishings. The aroma of coffee drifts through the entire building, and the rooms' elegance are nothing sort of sublime.
The conference center was a nice professional setting for the conference. The food and service was great. No technical difficulties.
Beautiful hotel, parking lot is alittle tight tho. Conference room is large and spacious.
Great room, need better food in the Concierge's Lounge
Clean, quiet, comfortable, convenient, spacious. We will be back.
The staff is very helpful. The rooms are cozy. But the pools could use some help.
Very nice friendly staff. Very inviting atmosphere of lobby. Enjoyed a nice conference there.
I have been here twice for a conference, and stayed there for 8 days. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The rooms and lobby are clean and well maintained. The parking garage is small, and larger card may have a hard time getting through. This hotel is right in the middle of downtown Provo, close to plenty of restaurants and shopping.
The best place in Utah valley to get dinner and a cocktail. It's upscale and gorgeous.
The Marriott staff always insures a pleasant stay and this location was no diffrent. Everyone perfectly polite, everything very clean and comfortable.
It was very nice and all of the employees were very polite and professional.
Good, quite atmosphere. Great for large groups. The food is decent.
I attended a work dinner at this hotel. It is a beautiful hotel with wonderful accommodations. Our dining experience was very good. I have not stayed in the rooms before so I cannot speak to their quality but overall the hotel is very nice.
Hotel staff was friendly, room was clean and the Starbucks in the lobby was a plus.
