Provo Marriott Hotel & Conference Center Review

Great hotel in a prime location. All the amenities you'd expect in a Marriott.

Nice place. The decor was really nice. Friendly, helpful staff. Plus, it's just across the street from the county courthouse, in case you need to hop over for an arraignment right quick.

Had a great convention experience at the Provo Marriott Hotel and Convention Center. Beautiful interior comfortable amenities and great service.

Attended a conference here, it was adequate. Did not stay in the hotel.

It was decorated lovely. It had reclining folding chairs

Great place to stay. I told them in advance the type of room I needed and they were very accommodating for the most part. We were there with a large group for a conference most rooms were OK, some were not ok and could/would not be changed when reserved a year in advance because that wing was remodeled. Also, the new wing does not have safes in room which is strange to not have that option for remodeled rooms.

We went to a little graduation hosted in a meeting room. It was clean and quiet, the staff was friendly, and the location was ideal. Not much more to say, than this was a good place to meet.

I presented at LTUE and found the facilities and personnel to be very high quality. I had everything I needed, and everyone was friendly.

The hotel rooms are really well kept, clean and welcoming, stayed for 4 nights and had an excellent stay as well

Always love the service here. Management is very responsive to needs/requests. I coordinate several events through my job and Provo Marriott is consistently good to work with. Definitely would recommend to others.

A taste of elegance inside the pretty bland city of Provo. Dazzle yourself at Provo's heart in this hotel where the price of a room isn't far off what you'd pay for a musty college dorm.

Room was great and all but the bar and food service was honestly poor.

We went down for college open house. Everything was organized and the service was great. The parking fees were even suspended for the evening.

Clean rooms, big showers, good breakfast, friendly staff, and nice views of the mountains to top it all off. Definitely a nice place to stay :)

Everything was wonderful . I stay at mostly top hotels in 48 states . only flaw is they got rid of the dry sauna . 24 hr fitness with sauna close by. grocery store and lots of eclectic restaurants .

I attended a professional event in the Zion room and it was fantastic. The staff was courteous and everything was very clean.

Conference rooms and bathrooms were nice and clean.

Overall, the experience was good. The facilities are mostly nice and well cared for. My only real complaint is that the air conditioning in the meeting rooms upstairs does not work well. Those rooms were very uncomfortable to meet in.

This to me is clearly the best hotel in Provo. Overall it's fantastic!

The rooms were very nice. Very modern bathrooms with wood floors. The breakfast was great with all kinds of fruit, waffles, pancakes, french toast, yogurt, oatmeal, and a chef there to make you an omelet. The beds were comfortable as always with wonderful pillows. They have an indoor and an outdoor pool with an exercise room next to the pool. All the staff was very friendly and accommodating!

Very nice and spacious, hotel let's one check bags while attending meetings.

I have had a large amount of conferences and recruiting event here. The staff are always professional.

The room was just okay. Nothing spectacular. Took my daughter to the indoor pool, very crowded and loud. Bed was comfortable.

I went to a conference here and the building was very beautiful. There were large rooms that accommodated hundreds of people and also smaller rooms. They had kitchens to make lunch for our conference and it was delicious. There was also a cafe to the front and many places nearby to eat.

Have possibly stayed here prior but am uncertain. Tonight via TAC Air at Provo airport. Thanks to them. This is a wonderful room with great bedding, tv, internet and all other amenities. Could use more bedside elec outlets however. No other issues. Same day laundry service as I am here on weekday. Not sure if that available weekends. I would sure stay here again.

The location is great, right downtown Provo code to anything you'd want to do. The bus system is really convenient too, which allows easy access to pretty much everywhere in Provo. The service is always really friendly and the Starbucks is especially great!

Good facilities, nice interior, good services offered for conferences, banquets, or other events.

A very nice hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was confusing though, and kind of expensive, but the staff and service made up for it. Everything was not only clean, but pristine.

Located in the center of Provo and within easy walking distance of multiple restaurants, stores, and scenic parks.

Accommodations were great. The conference was a success.

Best place to grab a drink in Provo if you want a super chill environment. I prefer the Marriot over ABG's or city limits. Also really good food there and is served until 12am I believe.

I was here on business and everyone was so friendly and helpful at this hotel. I had the perfect room. There was a starbuck here, lounge, and restaurant. I didnt have to leave if I didnt want to.

Stayed here for 1 night. Room was clean, service was friendly, and the food was great.

Beautiful event center with plenty of space and rooms four different sessions. That food provided was delicious!

Love the local ambiance. Busy downtown Provo has plenty of places where to eat. Get a hair cut just around the corner or visit the Covey center for a show!

We just recently held a wedding dinner at the Provo Marriott Hotel and Conference center. We were impressed with the staff waiting to assist us that evening. The food was excellent and the Aspen room was perfectly set for the evening. Jeff the Event Planning and Operations manager was great to work with! I would recommend this venue to others for wedding celebrations!

I always prefer to stay here for the duration of my visit to Provo Utah.

Service was excellent. I was left alone to my self as much as I wanted and anytime I left my room I came back to clean sheets and a pleasant fresh scent. I was very pleased with the cleanliness and had a wonderful stay.

Attended a small meeting in the Aspen room. Large and comfy. They had some very tasty sweet rolls that I believe were from the conference catering service.

Gorgeous views of mountains (if you get the right side). Hotel was in the process of renovation while we were there. The renovated rooms were modern, clean and spacious. The common areas look like they are on their way to being the same. Renovation also did not interfere with our stay - most of the work happened during business hours. One thing to note is that sound proofing between the rooms virtually does not exist - I would hear every word between the double room connecting doors from my neighbor. Once I complained about their music, it became more bearable.

This place is wonderful and very calm. The town is clean and beautiful.

Your room is nice and clean, the staff were courteous and kind, the hot tub was excellent and felt really good on my body.

Was picking up a hertz rental car and waited about ten minutes for someone to arrive from Orem.

The lobby was remodeled. Now the room are being remodeled. Great staff and very clean hotel. Close to a lot of places.

We've been having our company Christmas party here for three years. The environment is beautiful and the staff attentive.

Had a Christmas diner for our company there. The food was excellent! Really loved the beef, fish, mashed potatoes, salad, broccoli salad, dessert, and cheese platter. The chicken was just ok, but everything else was great!
