Our organization just recently moved to ProviDyn to be our MSP, the onboarding process was easy and seamless with zero downtime. ProviDyn was diligent in getting information and keeping us updated on the process and making sure that they were prepared for any potential issues that may come up unexpectedly. During our process of vetting new I.T. Vendors, we had interviewed and received proposals from 3 different companies. None of them really stood out particularly. I had one other vendor that was a possibility but by the time I had received their sales call, we were so far along the process. Fortunately, I took the time to call them back to hear what they had to say. Instantly, I could tell that ProviDyn was different and unique. Their first question was a real eye-opener. It was simple: What are you still looking for that all the other providers are not offering? This made us think and helped us realize we were looking for a business partner who would help us with our strategy. And do so without pushing products, ripping and replacing all of our infrastructure and luring us in with low-ball pricing that would have to be adjusted once we signed the contract and got set up with IT systems that would actually work in the fulfillment of our mission. As a nonprofit, their quick response, no pressure ethic and personable staff (from the top down) has reassured us that we made the best choice!

Providyn is the most fabulous I.T. provider in Atlanta as far as I'm concerned. They swooped in to save my organization at the 11th hour when another new I.T. provider fell through. The service is amazing. They treat you like family and as if you were their only customer. They will be my go-to provider as long as they are in business.

A lot of IT companies will tell you what you want to hear in a rush to get you to sign a contract. ProviDyn takes a different approach; they tell you what you need to hear in order to achieve your business objectives. If they can help, they will. If not, they will not promise otherwise. They also work very closely with clients and their various technology vendors to make sure all pieces of the puzzle are integrated, secure and functioning at peak efficiency. Unlike other IT companies with whom we have worked, should an IT issue arise, there is no finger-pointing as every member of the team is solution driven. We really enjoy working with them and you will too.

Awesome IT provider! Knowledgeable staff and excellent customer service.
