We used a Napa Sonoma Wine Tasting Driver for a trip while visiting Sebastopol. From the moment Jill, our driver, arrived we were put at ease with what our day entailed. She was so knowledgable of the whole area and knew what were the best vineyards to visit. She was familiar with many of the winery staff and we received VIP treatment. Everything about the experience was to notch. I would totally use her service again and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to tour the Napa Sonoma area.

We unfortunately had to cancel our trip with them, but everyone we were in contact with was friendly and answered all of our questions promptly and courteously.

Chris was the absolute best! He was on time, had an ice chest with ice ready for us. He also picked up sandwiches for our picnic. He provided a fantastic party bus for our son s engagement party. Cannot recommend him or this company enough!!

The driver did not show, we called them repetitively for a response - upon finally picking up they claimed to be on their way. However, this was an hour and a half after the scheduled pick up time. Instead of waiting around I dedicated to drive and not drink on my day in Sonoma. Thanks for a wasted day.....

Our driver was a friendly, nice guy and willing to take us anywhere we asked. Unfortunately he was not so well versed in the best ways to get around. Therefore taking us on a route that took a half hour longer than it should have to get to Napa. The route he took us on also went directly thru the mountains which made several of our passengers sick with all the curvy windy roads and took much longer to drive. We all knew this because we had GPS it on our phones, but he insisted going thru the mountains was the quickest. On the way back we told him a better way to go and we were back home in half the time and no one was car sick. Also, he talked with our group the entire time we were in the car, telling us jokes, which got very old after many hours in the car with him and also seemed to be a distraction to his driving. We really weren't looking for entertainment from our driver and his interaction got to be a little annoying. At the end of the day, we all arrived home safely, but frustrated that he didn't know his way around better. When I called Champy the broker for this company of drivers, he was NOT helpful, infact he was DISMISSIVE, DEFENSIVE and ARGUMENTATIVE. There are many drivers in Napa and I used this company because it had a high rating, which I am not sure how they got after going thru this experience. The experience with Champ was almost worse than the one with our driver. To not have someone who cares why their customer is unhappy and be dismissive before even hearing what happened speaks to their level of customer service. Champy is only a broker and appears to not care what happens after you pay and contract with him.

Loved using this driving service! We had Carl, and we re able to communicate beforehand. Carl helped us plan the perfect itinerary for a girls weekend in Napa, and even offered great restaurant suggestions. He even adapted our plan and helped make some on the fly reservations as the day progressed. Carl drove our car, which made everything really easy.

Napa Sonoma Wine Tasting Driver set us up with Tim Murphy, of Terroir Wine Tours. Tim was excellent. He provided great recommendations and was very accommodating in taking us to specific places and patiently waiting. He rushed (safely) to get us from reservation to reservation and we very much enjoyed our day with him. This is a perfect option for small groups to enjoy a day around Napa/Sonoma. Ubers are sketchy (cell service), so highly recommend booking a driver. The whole process was seamless. The next day we had a different driver and wished we had Tim again.

We had a great experience with Napa Sonoma Wine Tasting Driver. Its absolutely the way to go wine tasting. We have hired drivers on two different occasions. Both times the driver met us at our house in Mill Valley and drove our car up to Healdsburg and back for a day of wine tasting. I highly recommend them.

We were looking for a safe, but affordable way to tote us around the valley. We had a agenda, and our driver held to it. He had a good life story, so it helped us past the time learning about his time in the valley. Would definitely book again.

As first time visitors to Napa, my wife and I obviously were looking forward to learning about the wine making process, seeing some of the wineries and vineyards and of course tasting some of the beautiful Napa Cabs. With over 400 local wineries and multiple tasting options, I was immediately overwhelmed when trying to plan a couple of days to do this. 1 call to Champie and my anxiety was immediately relieved. Champie asked a couple of questions, and then paired us with a fabulous driver, Phillip. For the next 36 hours Phillip and I went back and forth by text, some questions, some updates, but all to ensure he got his part of the planning right for me. And he did. Day of trip he arrived on time, in a clean and spacious car, just like the one Champie told me I d get. Conversation with Phillip was never forced, never pretentious and always honest. He was great. Overall I give the day 100 out of 100. Thanks to Champie and Phillip for helping to make our Napa trip a memorable one.

What a wonderful idea this is and what a great driver we had! Since we already had a rental car, this was a much better and cheaper alternative than joining a tour. We could visit the vineyards we wanted, when we wanted without the concerns of drinking and driving. Laws are very strict but also roads are narrow and people are many so why risk it? Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful full day wine tasting set up with Napa Sonoma Wine tasting in October. Our driver was very responsive by email and we felt very comfortable with the service he would provide. Unfortunately due to the wildfires, we had to cancel out trip as all of the wineries were closed. Napa Sonoma was very understanding and returned our deposit even though it was well inside the cancellation window. I think that speaks very highly of a company.

We had a great experience booking with Napa Sonoma Wine Tasting Driver. Booking was very easy and contact was immediate. Our original driver was very helpful with winery suggestions and gave me a call promptly after I reached out by email. Joe picked up my group of 8 from our hotel right on time and was very sweet. The AUX wasn't working on the way to our first stop but Joe had a solution by the time we got back in the car for our second stop. I did a lot of research beforehand and it seemed like this company was more affordable with better reviews over some of the other "tours." I would absolutely recommend using this company when visiting Napa or Sonoma.

Jeff made our Napa girls weekend awesome and unforgettable. He was always on time, very friendly, always looking out for us and made sure we were on time to all of our reservations. He brought us bottled water and even ran to get us food in between tastings! He was very knowledgeable and would point out different wineries on our drive. We will definitely be hiring Jeff again for our future wine trips!

Our driver had an arsenal of Napa knowledge (particularly about the wineries before the big wave of tourism) and kept us hydrated while taking us through all the wineries we had on our list no matter how removed from the usual path they were!

My wife and I were in Napa Valley on 11/23/15 in our RV so we needed a car and driver to explore. Our experience was top notch from first making the reservations with Arthur, to having a wonderful and relaxed time with Assad in his Lincoln Town car. Assad really knows the valley well. He took us to some of the best small wineries we could have hoped for (not the main stream stuff). We had no plans of our own on what to see so we relied on him to figure out where to visit based on what we told him we liked. Assad was professional yet personable. He was also flexible and accommodated our changing minds. He even let us bring our little dog along for the ride! If we ever visit Napa Valley again Napa Sonoma Wine Tasting Driver will be our first call and we ll ask for Assad!

We had such a great experience with Napa Sonoma Wine Tasting! We came up for a girls weekend (we are local to the bay area) and had our whole day mapped out with wineries. Jason was so professional and knowledgable about Wine country - and he also kept us on time for all our reservations. He was also our personal photographer! and at the end of the day, sent us a photo album. 10/10 would book again!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. My boyfriend and I are coming up to Napa for the first time ever and we were calling around getting prices for different driver services. They told us that if they wanted the driver to drive our car, it would be $25/hour. As we are flying into SF the day before and driving up the morning of, they said they would not be able to drive our car because they weren't on the contract. That is totally fine - I respect a company that does things by the books. The entire time I was on the phone with the driver he was rude, interrupted me constantly while I was talking, unwilling to answer my questions. I asked him if there is any way we could get a better rate than $50/hour (which is double what it would cost for them to drive our rental car). I asked very nicely if any cheaper rates were at all possible AND HE HUNG UP ON ME. I understand that maybe they can't do anything about their prices but I was shopping around to make sure I wasn't overpaying and he just lost us as a customer. We will be taking our business elsewhere and I just hope they treat other potential customers with more respect.

Rented from Stix, driver texted pic of his ID for me to add him to my contract when I picked up the car at San Fran Airport. We felt like celebrities in our own Chauffeured car. We traveled to Dry Creek and Russian River Valley. Our driver dropped us off at dinner in Geyserville and parked the rental car at our Airbnb and we took an Uber home at the end of our night.
