Everything! The people are all super nice and friendly, probably because we are all treated with respect. Really relaxed, family style atmosphere but doesn't stop your ability to work like some places. Management really take the time to talk to everyone and listen to opinions.
I have been working with AVCO from the past 6 years and it is excellent place to work. The company genuinely cares about it s employees. The management is very friendly, transparent and eager to guide whenever possible.I have recommended the company to many friends and family and will continue to do so.
Great place to work. The management shows sincere interest in employees and the solutions to their problems.Lends support and guidance whenever possible.
This company will NOT stop emailing their hot lists to recruiters. Not only have I received a ton of their hot list emails over the years, but each time I do I CALL the recruiter and make him take my name/email off his list while we're on the phone. Then I forward the email to the FTC in violation of CAN-SPAM. Yet it does nothing. I have no idea what to do but AVCO is by far the worst consulting company out there when it comes to spamming recruiters with their candidates. They should be fined heavily by the FTC (and maybe they are) but I'm sure the more emails I get, the more times I will report them, and the more angry conversations I can have with their recruiters.
In all seriousness; do "hot lists" ever work? In my opinion this approach to recruiting is extremely lazy at best. I can't imagine that Anil Kumar Geragani is the only person at Avco Consulting that takes this "spam" approach. But I'm cool with passing the blame to him...
