***DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY** Worst experience ever with a supplier. If I could give a rating of less than one star I would. Ordered custom printed tape and was told could match the spec'd PMS color 90-95%. Was hesitant to order but figure if they could hit 90-95%, would be ok. Signed proof and when tape arrived it was NOT EVEN CLOSE. After filing a request for RMA was told since proof was signed no refund could be honored(a proof is not a color match). Was told was "impossible to match PMS color spec'd. Not sure why they offer this if they state they can't do it. I've worked for Web Offset, Sheetfed, Flexographic, and label printing companies and never told a customer we could not match a PMS color(Industry standard). Escalation option on website is worthless. Company is anything but customer focused and capable of hitting the broad side of a barn door for color matching. Hope this helps you from wasting your money as I did.

Thanks for response but expectation was not 100% match but 90-95% as was stated achievable prior to 2nd order being placed. BUYER BEWARE...don't expect anything closer than a 70% color match on custom printed tape.

Once I called didn t have to wait long before a lady answered. She was very knowledgeable on the products and services they had to offer. Although they did not have the exact boxes I was looking for, I decided to go visit show room and compare what they had. When I arrived thanks to Google maps and knowledge of Miami Dade County to find ample parking spaces. Entered show room/offices I was greeted by a wonderful young lady at which time she instructed me on how service works. She took my order, information and noticed I was tired and possibly thirsty so she showed me a coffee and ice cream machines where I can abundantly help myself at which time I accepted, took a cup Half filled it with soft vanilla ice cream poured espresso coffee on top creating a coffee frappe We finished the money transaction, They offered me bottled water again I excepted with a smile, gave me my paid ticket slip so I can pick up my merchandise right outside at the warehouse.

Once again there I was treated very professional got Service right away.

Arrived at my destination only to find out that the boxes would not work for my application.
I called right away and expressed my concern finding out I can return boxes hassle free so long as they were in the same condition as I bought them.

One day later I return my boxes my moneys were returned as promised.

Conclusion a very pleasant and professional place to do business with.

We ve been purchasing supplies from TP for many years now and have had nothing but the best experience and customer service.

Okay first of, i would like to say that these people has okay prices in some items and overcharges you with others, that been said, i always place my orders thru the phone but lately every time i call they normally hang up on me at least 3 times before actually getting some one. and this is frustrating because they keep tell you " we will be right with you " but they never actually help you, they just hang up. #customerservicesisthekey

Hello everyone, this company has several bait sub-companies such as SENI, LLC that have apartments at 1330 w 54 st 33012 hialeah, which are literally full of cockroaches and infested with everything, you try to clean them and you spend a lot but it is general and the building is very big. However, they make you a cheating contract, BEWARE OF THIS, the day you leave they invent that you broke this or that and so they will take 300 or 400 dollars from your deposit, they make sure that you do not live the deposit and so you do not pay the last month even if you do not live it, they do not give it back to you and they denounce you for that same amount even though they stay for the deposit .. A WELL HEALTHY COUNCIL DO NOT RENT TO THEM BUT YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY AND BE ABUSED TO BE ABUSED !!!!

if you call not delivering the order great customer service then think again. Placing an order on Monday with a confirmed delivery of Wednesday morning then getting to hear that the order will not be delivered is great. have of the representative don't know what they are saying every time they just keep telling you lies. Today i got to hear that my order was not placed on time. This is the second delivery that hasn't been done in 6 weeks and i keep hearing it is a problem we are fixing. I guess the problem is going to be fixed when you have personal that actually care about the job and not just a paycheck. have of the customer service reps don't speak English correctly They never understand anything. It's amazing that when you need your items you better get it yourself then having them delivery it.
