***DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY** Worst experience ever with a supplier. If I could give a rating of less than one star I would. Ordered custom printed tape and was told could match the spec'd PMS color 90-95%. Was hesitant to order but figure if they could hit 90-95%, would be ok. Signed proof and when tape arrived it was NOT EVEN CLOSE. After filing a request for RMA was told since proof was signed no refund could be honored(a proof is not a color match). Was told was "impossible to match PMS color spec'd. Not sure why they offer this if they state they can't do it. I've worked for Web Offset, Sheetfed, Flexographic, and label printing companies and never told a customer we could not match a PMS color(Industry standard). Escalation option on website is worthless. Company is anything but customer focused and capable of hitting the broad side of a barn door for color matching. Hope this helps you from wasting your money as I did.

Thanks for response but expectation was not 100% match but 90-95% as was stated achievable prior to 2nd order being placed. BUYER BEWARE...don't expect anything closer than a 70% color match on custom printed tape.
