I tried to exchange a plastic wrap that hasn't the regular quality and they played with my time! Manager send me to customer service to ask for a credit and a new order, when he check the new order.... I'm sorry they make a mistake!
"Unhavr to go to customer service again"
OMG... is he a manager... find a solution!!!
