Got a gas reimbursement check..cant cash it anywhere!! The ppl you call in to schedule with know nothing are ignorant and very rude!! I hate dealing with them. My insurance needs to find soneone else to do transportation for drs appointments!!

I've honestly never had an issue with this service...

I've honestly never had an issue with this service before, but this time the driver who was originally scheduled to take me to my appointment was exposed to covid. So, in turn, I was transferred to a different driver. However, Provide a Ride themselves failed to notify the other driver that they were now scheduled to drive me. So, I was forced to reschedule my oral surgery. How do you fail to notify your own driver of their schedule change? That's beyond me. Poor professionalism. Other than that like I said it's a decent transportation service. They just need to get it together.

When they transfer you over to the caresourse department those lady s are rude once you tell them you don t have the customer number available but have a phone number instead. Has happened 3 times already. Sorry you have to click a little extra when I have a phone number instead of the customer ID. Find a better job that ll suit you please.

Worse service ever driver lie and say they was here when they never showed up. Call center rude and disrespectful. Poor consumer service never will use again. EVERYONE IS A LIAR!!! I will contact the CEO....

If I could give a 0 I would! Pitiful, the most horrible company we ever dealt with. Lies, excuses, crooks & no professionalism. I have made a BBB complaint and the feedback we received from them was all BS! The supervisors are worst than the customer service reps with their imbecile attitudes. Most people are on government assistance and they are still billing the insurance companies for the services which are not being rendered. This company needs to be out of business!
