I hate using provide a ride.
They only wait 5 minutues if you aren't ready. Then its a no show. okay that's understandable. Every time my kids and I are finshed with our appointments we usually wait an hour or 3. If thier isn't enough drivers out they can send out a Lyft. Today my daughter had an appointment and it took them 2 hours and 30 for a retrun ride. Shouldn't be that long. Then I recive a call saying it will be here at a certain time. But never showed up. Came 35 minutes after thr time it was suposed too. I just hate wait an hour or more. Especially when some doctor's office only allow a few ppl in during covid. So that means people would have too wait outside. And I hate waiting outside in the cold just for them too take long.

They are always nice to me on the phone and when I am picked up by their vehicles or any other service it is always respectful. I have had to wait in times of pain although they were always nice and asked how I was every time. I guess my experience with them is different than most. No 2 people are created the exact same way.

3x in a row I had an appointment that they confirmed a driver but no one showed up! Then when I called about the incident they sent a reimbursement check to the wrong address. They talk it up way better then it is. I do not recommend

Today was my first day of using Provide a Ride to get to my doctors appointment. Except it wasn t Provide a Ride who picked me up, it was a different company. The driver was nice. But my appointment wasn t scheduled until 1pm, and the driver showed up at 11:15am, so I had to sit for almost two hours at the hospital before my appointment. Then when I called to get a ride back home, the guy who answered the phone was very rude and rushed through it. I have been waiting for almost two hours, and I m still waiting to be picked up. I m glad I was able to get my doctors appointment, but if I could physically walk to my appointment I would rather do that than use Provide a Ride. :(

Regretting to pick me up one time which was great the driver got out the car true let me in and she got me to my destination on time she got off the car and open the door for me which was very nice

Provide a ride has good customer service, they do wait more than 5 mins more like 8 or 10 if you need it. They're very. Patient, even have a step for u to get into the vehicle. If you request someone to come up to your door they do that too.
I ve only had 1 bad experience, and it got resolved.

I've been essentially forced to use this company due to my insurance. I have to attend important treatments that I can't miss. Two services I had used were Kemper Shuttle and One on One. Both are rude, terrible driving, and even management wants to gaslight me into thinking I'm wrong and they're right. The only company I enjoy thus far is Motivation in Motion. When I must contact customer care for Provide I have to deal with rude, temperamental agents who obviously hate their jobs. I desperately wish I can use another service but unfortunately I'm stuck being treated like garbage and apparently they don't care about the importance of my hospital treatments either.

Provide a Ride is a very good service. They always arrive on time and pick them up on time. It is very convenient and free for Medicaid if the person is alone and there is no one to help you.
