Today was my first day of using Provide a Ride to ...

Today was my first day of using Provide a Ride to get to my doctors appointment. Except it wasn t Provide a Ride who picked me up, it was a different company. The driver was nice. But my appointment wasn t scheduled until 1pm, and the driver showed up at 11:15am, so I had to sit for almost two hours at the hospital before my appointment. Then when I called to get a ride back home, the guy who answered the phone was very rude and rushed through it. I have been waiting for almost two hours, and I m still waiting to be picked up. I m glad I was able to get my doctors appointment, but if I could physically walk to my appointment I would rather do that than use Provide a Ride. :(
