Protect line Insurance Review

Fab experience with this company. Was made to feel really at ease discussing my health issues. And was also very understanding when I had to keep running off to sort the kids mid phone call. Would highly recommend.

I was very new at looking at life insurance and Rhys from Protect Line spoke with me at length and in detail about all the options available to me.

He made them easy to understand, and I didn't feel pressured into any decisions during the call.

The service was extremely friendly and he was a pleasure to speak to. Death isn't the nicest thing to talk about, however, Rhys made the conversations pragmatic and thoughtful - which gave me the confidence to make the right choice for me and my family.

I feel very happy with the service and the insurance product I ended up with, all of this was sorted with one phone call, and I'd highly recommend Protect Line.

I spoke to a very kind, patient and understanding gentlemen named, Lee Hatton.

I originally was not 100% on making a firm decision when I made the call, but Lee really understood my needs and filled in all the gaps which is why I went ahead with the service.

No jargons, simple terms but importantly just finding a plan that is a brilliantly fit for my budget and purpose I did not need to think about it any further.

It is a long call which I can understand due to the nature of the product, but he was enjoyable to speak to that I didn't realise how long I was on the phone for until we came to an end.

Thank you so much because that really made my week to have a plan set in stone that I was not second guessing like previous plans which I had to end.

I highly recommend going through to protect line due to the various choices rather than direct.

The Customer service rep was very helpful. She provided a full and thorough breakdown of the services I could have. She was also very patient and understanding during the whole call.

Your telephone call was unexpected, but people never get round to doing Life Insurance.
Yet I did and glad, this sort of thing shouldn't be put off.
Liam was very helpful, new his stuff, went through everything at least once , once we choose the correct policy for me it was very much less than I expected ,( always good) . Had a few emails ref my policy, but was very glad all paperwork is now here and surprised it arrived with such speed .

I had a call from them after requesting a quote to make sure my current deal was good. I had been on with Dead Happy for a year before receiving a renewal quote. I told the representative that I didn't think she could beat my quote and it would possibly be wasting her time.

We ran through a quick quote, and while it was a few quid more expensive a month, it was fixed for 20 years, and would be saving me money in under 5 years time. It also covered more things.

I asked her to call back the following day so I could have a think, which she did, and I signed up. I could choose different time periods, but 20 years would take me to retirement and cover my mortgage till it was paid off.

I dealt with a very experienced consultant who answered all of my questions very well despite the noisy call centre backround. Overall an excellent service provided by all!

Filled out Misleading online form and have been bombarded with calls despite telling them multiple times to stop contact me. I have just reported them to Ofcom. Poor way to conduct business

It was a little bit long winded but very happy with the amount of life cover and can finally get on without having to worry if the worst thing happens as wife and kids are sorted out.

I had conversations with different handlers, but Charlie B was really good, he helped me narrow down my options to cater specifically to my situation, and he guided me a bit whilst ensuring he took down accurate details. He did not sell anything per se, but answered any queries I had. I would be happy to direct people looking for life insurance to Charlie as I know they would be in good hands. I m still waiting for a follow up call from the cs team however regarding the trust.

I responded to an advert from Polly.co.uk on Facebook for Life Insurance and within a few days received a call from Beth at Protect Line. She was brilliant - really friendly, clear and professional. I didn t know much about Life Insurance and the terms used, but at each stage, Beth explained each option so I could make an informed decision. The customer service was amazing and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for Life Insurance.

I ve asked for this company to stop calling me, many many times, the staff Are extremely immature and are completely incompetent.
They are still calling me and not noting that I have asked 10+ times to stop - this is illegal.

I managed to get a life cover that covered me and my family if the worst happens! The customer service agent Rochelle Christie was super helpful and so lovely! She made such a lengthy process so calm and engaged! I would usually fall asleep in a phone call like this but she kept it friendly and informative!

I had my life insurance sorted by Protect Line and I can't praise them enough. Friendly and professional, Harry Parsons turned our nearly 2 hour consultation into something I could do every day! I am so glad I went with them to find the right policy.

I genuinely couldn t be happier! Like so many people, I ve really reassessed the importance of what might happen if I die and what those left behind would have to deal with.
I have two little girls and my partner is the main breadwinner at home. Knowing that my funeral would be covered and that my family wouldn t have to care or worry about bills is something that gives me such peace of mind!

Of course, I hope the policy isn t used at all, but I know if it needs to be used I ve done something for all of them to take the last bit of pressure off and that is priceless!

I Spoke to Kathryn Beel this morning and she she guided me to what I had been looking for, for the last 13 months since I had a medical scare, she was very professional, helpful and friendly and didn't offer me any gifts or gift cards of any kind, just good value for money, and plain old fashioned advice on a subject I didn't really know much about . many thanks Kathryn.

Was dealt with by very friendly and honest staff who explained everything at each stage. Always checking that I understood everything that was being said. A long call but was not a complicated process. Everything was sorted without any stress. Was recommended by my husband who also has had life insurance through Protect Line.

Protect Line rang but clearly had the wrong number, so explained this and asked for my number to be removed from their system..... but I have now been hounded for the last 2 days via text and two different numbers!!!
Just taken yet another call and the customer service representative advised that they don't text.. when I explained I had the text on my phone she made out I was wrong and it couldn't be true... why would I get that wrong when it was in black and white!!!
Anyway think her manner was disgusting and had to write this review in case anyone else is having the same problem.
Hopefully someone from the company will see and put a stop to hassling people who don't want their services.... definitely wouldn't use.

Very helpful in finding the right package for my requirements. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for cover to use Protect line.

So the initial process is quite straight forward and the person whom I spoke with was very nice. You then find out later on after like a 1 hour phone call you have to get medical report. At this point I then explained I didn't want to go ahead. I didn't realise it would require such work from my side and the after sales service then does become quite short but that might have just been the representative I spoke too at the time. Still give 4 stars as they do all seem very well informed don't think one person really dictate the face of an entire company and my original representative David Stuart was lovely very patient happy to explain anything. Just wish I had been told about the report business how it's a 4-6 week process before spending an hour on the phone

Lady on the phone was nice. Needed to slow down rolling off information. She was patient and polite. Costumer service was good. Maybe could of got it cheaper. When I was in a rush to go sum were this took along time when she said she had nearly finished. But she is good at her job

I had asked for a life insurance quote online and hoped it could be sorted per mail. I received a call from Protect Line instead. The person I spoke to was very friendly, but the whole call lasted for over 45 min. I did not want to spend so long on the phone, so would have appreciated if it was made clear upfront how long this is going to take and if I was available for so long. Several questions were asked multiple times. I suppose that's the process, but would have preferred to only ever answer it once, or better do it online. We finally found a suitable quote. The person I spoke to calculated "over 30 years, you pay xxx, and then you get a pay-out of yyy. That's a good deal, isn't it?" Well, you get the pay-out if you die, which I am not planning on, so I thought this was very inappropriate and morbid.

I spoke with David Stuart and he helped me with what I wanted, he was very thorough through out the call, all good and thank you

Buying experience and protect life agent we spoke to were, as one would expect from someone selling an insurance product, informative and waxing lyrical about the benefits .. whilst it was a decent experience, not since received the promised gift card for buying from them .. soured the experience through over promising and under delivering!!

Called for a quote, spoke to Jamie who done his sales pitch... before I knew it he had sold me a policy!!! Shopping around I managed to get a better deal. Strong sales techniques, if you are dealing with this company ensure you are made aware at each stage of the process. Hard selling.

So I have nothing but great feedback for protect line Harry Parsons made it so easy. And helped me get my Life insurance sorted. He was fantastic as I have 2 little boys and important phone calls are very hard to have with my little ones as they need my attention (because of there age) but Harry was fantastic and so Patient and understanding. He was fantastic and made it all seem so easy. I will definitely be recommending him to everyone.

Made an enquiry on Tom online, had Protect Line call me the next day. I already had a life policy in place but didn't really know what it was, what it covered and if it was right for me. Had a totally relaxed chat with one of the team to initially take my details and then passed to another member of the team called Jeremy. There were no pressure or hard sales tactics, just an honest conversation about what I wanted and an explanation of how it works and what would be best for me. Ended up with a much more suitable policy that I actually fully understand at a better rate then what I was already paying. Would definitely recommend Protect Line and would urge all Men to get a decent cover in place to look after those loved ones when you can no longer.

I have told Protect Line several times to stop calling me. I am not interested in pursuing my enquiry. The result is that I now receive a call almost every day. When I see the number I just ignore the call. On principle I wouldn't place any business with Protect Line.

bought a life insurance policy through Protect Line. The whole process was really straightforward, and the two wonderful staff members I spoke to (Sue Wabey and Ben Bastable) made it so much easier. They were so friendly, and helpful without being pushy. It was a genuine pleasure to talk to them both, which meant that the process was made that bit easier (buying insurance isn't a fun activity!).
