I had a call from them after requesting a quote to make sure my current deal was good. I had been on with Dead Happy for a year before receiving a renewal quote. I told the representative that I didn't think she could beat my quote and it would possibly be wasting her time.

We ran through a quick quote, and while it was a few quid more expensive a month, it was fixed for 20 years, and would be saving me money in under 5 years time. It also covered more things.

I asked her to call back the following day so I could have a think, which she did, and I signed up. I could choose different time periods, but 20 years would take me to retirement and cover my mortgage till it was paid off.

Very polite customer service representative.
