The location, lobby and rooms were nice enough. However the upon arrival we were told that almost no amenities were in working order, including the access door by our room. Fair enough no biggie, we get into the room and it seems that someone forgot to finish cleaning. There was hair in the shower and no hand soap or trash bags in the cans. For the price I expected more. Could have stayed somewhere else with the same amenities, same room quality and at least a free breakfast for much cheaper. We couldn't even get the food we paid for delivered to our room because we "didn't pay for room service" what hotel doesn't have guest services? I would have paid if I knew. Not worth the price. Need i mention the funky smell looming the halls?

It was ok. We have stayed in a lot of hotels lately from our travels and found the value of this property, for what we spent, to be marginal. Our experience using the pool & hot tub was good. Will be staying somewhere else next time we are in Bellingham.

Very loud, rooms are not insulated well. Also, we had to stay on 1st floor because we brought our frenchie with us and the front desk told us to park around back because there was a "grassy area" for dogs but we found a razor blade in the grass when we took him out to go potty. All in all, I know it's not their fault necessarily, but if you are going to allow dogs and recommend to people to use the grass area on your property then you should have a person on staff maintaining it so dogs dont step on razor blades and hurt themselves!

The Four points by Sheraton was formerly The Best Western Lakeway. The remodel is awsome, the interior has been transformed into a modern edgey social meeting space. The meeting rooms have had facelifts and look great. The beauty shop has been removed and replaced by a 24hr. gym space. The bar here is popular with all ages, legal of course, entising patrons with creative cocktails and tasty apps. If you haven't been,go ,if you have been, go again.

I was there for a large event. I would have to say that the food served was a little uneven in quality but there was some very inventive seasonings. Really love how they have made the outdoor patio of the Raw Bar so all-season and inviting!

The ambiance of the main lobby was lovely. Not to dark and not blindly bright. Plenty of seating while I waited for my event to start and small cafe near by if I needed a snack. A great reception area for our convention.

Review for conference space:

Review for conference space:
Really upgraded with the new renovations. The new design is sleek, elegant and contemporary. The lobby is quiet and inviting The service is top notch and I was impressed that the kitchen accommodated dietary concerns that were not met by conference buffets. One issue was the conference chairs, which were very uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time.

I wouldn't recommend Four Points by Sheraton. The pool is located in a sun-roofed courtyard, and the noise carries throughout the hotel and through the paper thin walls. Those paper thin walls also allow you to hear every move anyone in your neighboring rooms makes. Additionally, the sheets and duvet are of incomparably terrible quality, and the locked jugs of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion in the shower lack quality and have a heavy, heavy male scent. If you are a lady and were hoping that the hotel provided body wash would do, you'll be sorely disappointed as you step out of your shower smelling like an over perfumed adolescent male. The staff also clearly dislike their jobs. As was obvious upon check in and remained obvious throughout our stay and into our departure. There was nothing redeeming about this hotel. I highly recommend you go elsewhere.

The room was tidy, modern, and the bed was very comfortable. The customer service from the staff was 5 stars, especially from Ebony, who helped us arrange for seamless rides on the complimentary shuttle to/from the train station, port, airport, and a restaurant downtown. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone in Bellingham.

Service - The mana ger is racist and rude. Ryan, I think his name is. 90% of the employees frown. They don't in now how to smile. Food - They don't have room service. You have to go downstairs to collect your food. We ordered breakfast. Scrambled eggs were overcooked and the hash browns didn't have any seasoning. Comfort - Both, me and my girlfriend didn't sleep well. We woke up multiple times at night. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Decor - Is super outdated and carpet looks dirty. Over all, there is nothing to like about this place. I won't stay there even if it's free.

we just checked in and we were given a room on the 3rd floor which is completely a mess, heven t been cleaned, disinfected (for sure) like a guest/s had just checked out. we called the front desk person and she went to the 3rd floor opening doors looking for a room. then found 1 on the 4th floor. all she said was it was beyond her control, not sorry, no remorse. is that the kind of service you are offering?

Ensure that you get a room AWAY from the pool unless you enjoy the sound of squealing children all day and half the night. We were given a room on the second floor closest to the pool, it was very very noisey.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean. A bit of noise from roads and freeway.
The restaurant has yummy local choices and is moderately priced.
Pool area is clean, but could be lit up a bit more in the evening. Lots of chairs available for parents to lounge while kids swim. Hot tub could be warmer for me, but the kids enjoyed it.

The location is much fancier on the inside than you would give it credit for at first glance from the outside. Nice atmosphere in the lobby and main areas. They have a bar attached that was really awesome.

Not as impressed as in prior visits to this hotel. The part we did like was the B-T WN Restaurant as we loved the food and the staff were attentive. We also loved the comfortable beds. Now the negatives. The front desk person didn't ask us if we wanted a second room card. The first morning we had breakfast the server was less then helpful.. Her attitude was horrible. Didn't obviously want to put herself out too much. The following morning another server was pretty attentive bu he was just a little forgetful. Also nobody bothered to come in and clean our room or change towels etc..If I had known that I would have opted for the points instead. Not sure whether we will come back as the Marriott hotel nearby definitely treats their guests better. The little things are important to your overall experience and this hotel failed miserably.

We we're attending a business session during the week. The hotel staff were very courteous and attentive. They did a very good job of remaining out of the way and cleaning the tables and providing food and snacks. The first day of our session the room setup was not completed as expected and we lost a bit of time working around those short comings. The hotel was very clean and tidy.

Lunch at B-Town Kitchen. Fast, friendly service. My group of four all had the beer-battered cod & chips; very nice flavors but we noticed the fish crust was quite oily and the fries over-salted. Slaw had some different touches such as slivers of bell pepper and what we guessed to be pickles -- very good, colorful. Nice prices on the specials. I'd go back.

Its funny, you walk in and it looks very nice! You check in and get in the elevator to go up to your room and bam! Doors open and it looks like a motel 6 (especially compared to the lobby). The reservation guy lied and told us the pool was open when we told him it was going to be a big part of our stay. Pool was closed....

Beautiful rustic lobby with modern touches. Nice Gentlemen who checked us in along with the gentlemen when I called before we checked in to ask questions.
The room had nice touches to it although there were many hairs and a lot of lint in the bed and in between the sheets. HSKP doen't clean the bed skirt either.
Just not clean enough for 5 stars.

A great option for anyone visiting the WWU campus in Bellingham! I believe this is the closest hotel to the campus. I would estimate it's approximately A 30 minute walk from campus (though bussing or driving would be a more viable option.)

The hotel is clearly visible from the highway and very easy to navigate to from the exit.

Conveniently located within walking distance of the Fred Meyer (Kroger) grocery store located next door.

The "Chinuk" restaurant downstairs has very friendly waitstaff and great service. However, the food is very greasy and expensive. I do not reccomend eating here unless you have the room/meal bundle which allows you to pick from approximately four meal options on a card each morning. However, this restaurant does offer complimentary coffee and tea to hotel guests in the morning.

The decor in the lobby is very nice. The fountains and other decorations are cute and cohesive. It makes a very good impression on guests.

Rooms near the indoor pool tend to be a bit noisy, especially those on the ground floor. Guests tend use the pool relatively late at night and make a good bit of noise. This may not be too common, but my room facing the pool was noisy during my stay and I've heard the same complaint from others.

Overall, a cute and quaint hotel I reccomend to anyone visiting Bellingham!

Just watched a bar tender take a live tip to change a TV channel during the Hawks playoff came because 4 guys next to the tv wanted to watch motor cross.

Why would you change a playoff game because you wanted to earn a live tip?

Kind of upset now to have to watch 4 people who paid to have the TV changed all on their cell phones not watching g their tv motor cross while the entire langue has to adjust seating.

Thanks. But I won't come back.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. The poor gal at the front desk was very kind and apologetic, but the hotel oversold their rooms. And when myself and friends showed up to check in we had no rooms!! Why a hotel would oversell and put people out who booked in advance is beyond me. Horrible.
