I called Pro-Tec, and within an hour they had someone at the office to re-certify my fire extinguisher. Thanks a ton guys, one less thing to worry about for a little while.

Went to get a fire extinguisher inspection. Got in, got out. Pleasant experience.

I wish there was an option for no stars. I just finished an inspection that these guys did last year and 60+ fire extinguishers had stickers indicating they were serviced but all had 2012 collars around the neck, proving otherwise.

Horrible inspectors. Would not ever recommend.

I have been a fire extinguisher customer of Pro-Tec for many years at a commercial rental location. I called them out to install extinguishers in our new location and could not be happier. The tech, JR, did an awesome job, was ontime, knew his stuff and was very polite. I highly recommend this company for any fire-suppression needs.

Next time you charge someone for a service make sure your guys know what s going on. Got things done for my vents and to find out everything was done wrong. The guy that did the repairs isn t working for the company anymore and nothing can be done. Lost out on money because of this company.

This company uses contractors to complete jobs that they are not skilled in doing. I called to inquire about the company and informed them of my experience, and I was to hung up on by Katie as soon as I asked about their company. I was not even on the phone long enough for disagreement to ensue. This leads me to believe this is something common in their business practices and they are likely to use poor workers often.

I have never dealt with more dishonest people in my life. They charge outrageous prices, charged me for 3 hours of work and were there for 20 minutes.
