Horrible customer service, takes them 1 hour + to answer their calls at all times.
I was horrified and stressed on top of stress while preparing for major surgery only to see every tv in every dept on ABC. People are sick and scared. Have a care BHS and do what Mission Trails does.....put all tvs on HGTV. Inspire and entertain your scared patients with up beat calm HGTV or Animal Planet.
I spent 2+hrs of pre op tests being forced to watch Political garbage?!!! Please choose something non political and calming for those who are ill. We just don't need the negative vibe in a healing ? Environment....or are your political views more important than our diverse city? I bed that you address it for the sake of those of us that just want unbiased equal healthcare. we were deeply offended.
