Used it for a busines forum. Had lunch was ok, and the facilites were good

I have had the privilege of enjoying Christmas lunch at your establishment today. What a truly pleasurable experience. The most exquisite food on offer and ever friendly and efficient dining room personnel in attendance. Congratulations to management, the chef and kitchen personnel, and the floor personnel. You have set bar very high. Please convey my appreciation to all who made this such a memorable experience.

Did not enjoy my stay. Only the view of table mountain from my room was the highlight of my time there.

Staying at the Studio Apartment was an awesome experience. Spacious and modern. Loved it!!!,excellent service

The customer service is poor. The check in process was very long and the male receptionist did not even bother to take me through the range of membership packages the hotel has. Despite waiting for such a long period there was not even a single apology or explanation for the delay.

Despite water shortages in Cape Town during this period, I had to literally beg for complimentary bottled spring Water.

The hotel lacks a number of essential services like a business centre, poor room service, no porter services, and their inability to serve breakfast as room service: when i called to order breakfast, the restaurant told me they can't guarantee how long it would take to serve room service because they were busy, and I must just come to the restaurant to have breakfast. When I went to the restaurant I was surprised that it qas bot busye and there were only about 10 customers!

The room I was allocated on the first floor was more like a hostel. It eas very dark and there was no wardrobe. The open area where clothes were to be hung was so high and could only reached by someone close to 2 metres tall. I had to leave my clothes in my suitcase!

In my preparation for the evening function I had to attend, I requested an iron and an ironing board to press the clothes I would be wearing. But I waited for a very long time and had to call 4 more times before I was assisted.

I don't think I will ever book this hotel again.

Beautiful upper class bar/cantina upstairs has great music, massive milkshakes and free WiFi

Hotel was good and rooms great. The price for drinks at the bar and what they charge for breakfast was steep. But still a good hotel. The location is the best part. So close to waterfront and walking distance to long Street!

Abhorrent service. Not hear for the business traveller. No late bookins

Small rooms. Shower in the bathroom did not drain well. Milkshakes were delicious.

When I visited in 2014, I promised myself that I would be back! I haven't been to Cape Town after that visit but will surely visit when next I am in Cape Town.

As you have picked up I love my IrishCoffee with BushMills. One of the few venues that offers bushmills IrishCoffee.

The Friendliest and conservative place i have been to for a mighty long time.

Perfect location, great breakfast. Would highly recommend the Executive Suites. The hotel rooms are perfect for conferencing facilities and accommodation. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Oh yes, and don't leave without trying a milkshake...well worth it! Just get the lift serviced, please. Hotel rooms currently under renovation, so remember to ask how far the renovations are and if you could have a room away from the construction area.

Very poor service from the chef. Failed to deliver my order as requested and informed me he would charge me extra to correct his FAILURE. For a hotel and restaurant of it's standing I am extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service.

Would want to rate the less than 1 star. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Nice hotel and professional staff. Rooms are spacious and comfy. Free wifi is an added advantage.

I booked a room for myself and my wife, as we are partying in town tonight for her birthday, met a staff member Chad, he upgraded our room and even sent a little birthday dessert to our room. I am very impressed, excellent service and friendly atmosphere. We'll most definitely be back and recommend others to book at fire and ice, because of Chad's amazing service.

Absolutely amazingly delicious Milkshakes with such a variety. Service is great with friendly staff. Beautiful premises for work and playal as well as centrally situated for the business district and sight seeing like Table Mountain and V&A Waterfront.

This place could've gain more scores if I did not have the worst experience ever, which was regarding security.

On the third day of my stay, I came back to my room after dinner and tried to open the door WITHOUT the room card, and it was open!!!!! Holy sh&@@.

That was so horrible I was so scared and angry at the same time!!!!

When I called room service, they were not seem surprise and they sent someone To fix it. But then again this happened several times after. Eventually I went down myself and talked to the manager I think her name was Caroline, she told me its ok to leave my room and that she will ask an employee to stand by my room door to secure it . Oh right!! Someone will stand their waiting for me to get back !
I asked to change my room, that was at last night.

I would definitely NOT recommend anyone to go there. And if u do, I strongly recommend you to check the room doors before leaving

Situated near the Cape Town Waterfront. Close to amenities.

Great service fe the staff and guest always comes first, really great value for money.

This is a beautiful hotel! I visit every now and again to try another flavour of their delicious milkshakes! You can sit inside where it is cozy or outside on the patio. Unfortunately they still allow smoking on the patio. They also make a great burger!

Beautiful location, nice facilities. Could do a little bit better with room cleaning and maintenance, but no serious issues with that.
