We love Dr. Webb!! He is on time, thorough, answers all my questions and never rushes the appointment. He is very accessible via MyChart and answers his messages personally. You simply will not find a more dedicated, kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable pediatrician. The staff and nurses are also incredibly accommodating and caring

Our family has been a part of the Bellaire TCH family for 9 years and love it. Our kids' primary pediatrician is Dr. Matthew Webb. Dr. Webb is thorough, has excellent bedside manner, and is great about attending to the kids questions as well as the parents. He is also very responsive - usually gets back to me via MyChart in less than an hour. Dr. Webb is also mindful about your time, which is great because our appoints are always on time -- no delays!

Dr. Webb is one of the best pediatricians we ve had. His bedside manner was calm and related to all our children. Best doc ever.

Great doctors and front desk staff. We always feel so loved and taken care of with Texas Childrens. They are very thorough with care. Highly recommend! Thank you for all you do!

DR. Webb has been seeing my son for over 2 yrs and he is amazing with him. He helped me to figure out his diagnosis and since then my son has been doing great with his meds. He has so much patience when we are being seen. His staff is amazing as well. His meds are always sent in on time. I Highly recommend him. He is the best...

I have been taking my kids here for many years. Dr. Webb sees my son and he is amazing with him. His nurse is great too!

Dr. Webb is very caring and patient with my son. I never feel rushed when he sees my son. He is a top-notch pediatrician. He is very professional and caring. We have every confidence in his advice and opinion. Dr. Webb is also very responsive through the portal which I really appreciate.

As great as the doctor s knowledge and kindness are, they are hopelessly late every single time you go into this office. Whatever your appointment time, add 1.5-2 hours to it and block out that window of your day, because you ll be there waiting. We see Dr. Rowland and have seen Boardman and Wylie in her absence. All of them are great. This rating is based on how the office is run, not their abilities/knowledge. Yesterday my 2.5 year old and I walked out of their office without seeing our doctor! When I talked to the nurses about it, they just stared blankly at me. I don t know how many appointments they take each day, but it needs to be reduced by 25%, so they can provide a better, more timely experience to their patients. Routinely waiting in a small room with a newborn, infant, or toddler for over an hour is very difficult for any parent!

We have Dickason/Wiley, two doctors who split a schedule. They are great, very reassuring and good listeners.

I highly recommend Dr. Webb and Houston Pediatric Associates. Dr. Webb is a warm, kind, thorough, and intelligent pediatrician. He has a great way with kids, always making my kids feel comfortable and at ease even when they are not feeling well or are nervous. He always spends a lot of time with them, engaging them in conversation. Usually I have to pull my kids out of there because they are busy chatting with him. As a dr., he is very thorough and knowledgeable and it is very clear my kids health and well being is of the upmost importance to him. He is also phenomenal with dealing with parents, especially very nervous moms (who me?) who always have a ton of questions and concerns. Whether it be minor questions or bigger medical issues (i.e. concussions), Dr. Webb always listens and takes every concern seriously. I can always count on him to provide pertinent information and explanations that I can trust. Finally, Dr. Webb is so accessible. It is so easy to communicate with him directly thru emailing him on My Chart. Not only does he respond quickly to emails during the business day, he also responds during weekends and evenings. Once he even called me on a Saturday evening before I had a chance to email him regarding results that had just come in. His responsiveness and competence is amazing. His practice is a clean and well maintained practice with nice nurses/staff. I have found that it is easy to get an appointment when needed. Dr. Webb truly cares about the well being of my children and we are so lucky to have him and Houston Pediatric Associates.

I took my son for one of his toddler well visits recently, and had a great experience! Dr. Webb was wonderful! He was very attentive, thorough, and patient! He listened to my concerns and spent time getting to know my son. I did not wait even five minutes to be seen for our appointment, and the other staff were kind as well as helpful. I am grateful to have found our pediatrician! Thank you all!

We took our daughter in on a Friday for flu symptoms. The doctor asked us to come back following Monday to collect the test results and check on my daughters situation . On our visit, we confirmed with the Front Desk there was no additional charges. This visit took a total of 5 minutes. Subsequently I receive a bill in the mail for another $160 for the visit. Its been a year and I am unable to resove the dispute.

This is a big contrast to our experience with Teledoc.com We were never charged for the follow-up visit and paid only $40. for the total consultation...... Disapointed and frustrated with Texas Children's Pediatric. Inspite of the premium cost, they had the audacity to double charge you for less than fair service. Buyer Beware!

Update... I have been talking to several folks in the last year including my wife talking to the manager at your practise, and you make us do the run-around.

Our family has always had a wonderful experience with TCH- Bellaire peds group. From the front office staff (always answer the phone, direct questions and concerns appropriately) to the one-on-one care with Dr. Webb, our doctor visits have been seamless. Dr. Webb is an excellent pediatrician, who takes pride in his job & spends an ample amount of time answering questions. We have seen the practice in both times of urgency and well visits, and all the doctors uphold excellent standards of care in every facet. Highly recommend.

I have tried time and time again to ignore how terrible the office staff is here, because I truly loved my child's doctor, but i just can't pretend that the office staff is actually there to help you. Multiple times my child's school faxed over paperwork for his doctor to fill out. Never once did the office call me to tell me it was complete or fax it back to my child's school. When i asked them about it, they told me "we never received anything, your child's school must be lying." when the school showed me the 4 copies they sent over with the confirmation of delivery, i again let the office staff know, and they again told me the school was lying. When i had my sons occupational therapy evaluation sent over, they ignored it, and never provided it to my child's doctor for her to sign off on. When i called again, they said they never received it which again the school had verification it was delivered. I had them fax it over to the doctors office again, and the actual office supervisor had to be the ones to deliver the document to the doctor for her to sign because i had raised enough stink that i couldn't trust the actual office staff to do their job.
The women who set up appointments constantly double and triple book the doctors, and will let parents sit in the waiting room for over 2 hours without a valid excuse, and when called out on it, they try and lie their way out of it. On our final visit I my child sat for 2 hours and when i finally asked them what was going on they told me the doctor would be with me shortly. I again asked to speak to the supervisor who spoke with the front desk attendants and told me "well they said they informed you the doctor was running late, so your impatience is on you" they never informed me she as running late and I have a 4 year old boy, impatience? Talk about just bad business conduct and a lack of respect towards patients.
Time and time again they pretend that the parent is the real problem and the office staff is working tirelessly despite us. They do not care about your children at all! Find yourself a doctors office with a caring office staff, because these women behind the counter are nothing but lazy, self-righteous, lying, scum bags who hate their job and hate our children.

Excellent service. My kids had been patients of Dr Mathew Webb. He is very caring and accurate every time they get sick. I definitely recommend the office, appointments are always available and the staff is always nice and caring.

Excellent doctors and have never had any issues - they are always caring and go above and beyond to care for your kids. We've been using them for almost twenty years with our two kids. Seriously, very caring and have not had an issue with long wait time in years. Thanks Houston Pediatric Associates!

I used to go to this doctors office when I was young and it feels quite fitting to take my son there. Dr. Webb and his nurse are very attentive, knowledgeable and engaging with my child. Dr. Webb takes the time to answer questions and explain our options. 10/10 would recommend.

Dr. Webb is everything we could have asked for in a pediatrician. Patient with our son during visits, extremely knowledgeable, but most of all caring.

We definitely feel like he truly cares about our son and not just rushing to the next appointment.
He always makes time to be available through the portal when we send questions.

Texas children s pediatrics has a great setup with the 24 hour number. Gives us a sense of comfort at all times. Even when Dr. Webb hasn t been available when our son was sick, they ve been able to get our son in the same day with another pediatrician in the same medical office.

We ve had to recently move and one priority for us was to make sure our son stayed with Dr. Webb as his pediatrician.

I absolutely love dr Webb at children s pediatric doctor office he is absolutely the best i recommend him to everyone he is wonderful he messes me feel at ease he. I go to him with my kids he makes me feel welcome and he treats you like family and i like that he listens to every question and concerns and is always happy to help i will always and forever continue going to his doctor office

Dr. Webb is fantastic! He is very caring, attentive, and prompt to respond to all our questions. He is thorough at each appointment and makes my son feel so comfortable.

The front office staff never show that they want to help or care about their little patients. My son's cheek was bleeding while we were waiting for our appointment. The front office staff didn't try to offer me gauze pads and ice or ask nurses for the items although I asked for them twice. I had to catch a nurse when she came out to deliver something. She asked me what I need and brought out gauze pad and ice in one minute. Thank you for that kind nurse. I really APPRECIATED. I like the doctors and the nurses there. They are helpful, professional, and knowledge. However, the arrogant front office staff... I understand that they are not allowed to treat patients, but they should try to ask nurses, but not saying 'I don't have gauze pads, but the nurse have it". She went back to her seat without informing nurses what happened in the waiting area. In fact, nurses are all next door. Very disappointing...

Dr. Webb is wonderful! He is very sweet with my kids and puts them at ease. From a parent s perspective, he is extremely thorough, attentive, and easy to talk to. I especially appreciate how accessible he is, always personally following up via MyChart or phone. I am always able to schedule my kids for sick visits day of, and in office wait times are minimal to nonexistent. Would highly recommend this practice and Dr. Webb in particular.

Dr. Webb is wonderful with our kids. He is kind and patient and attentive to our concerns. He answers our questions and appointments don't feel rushed. The office is clean and we never wait long. We are very happy with Dr. Webb and Houston Pediatric Associates.

I absolutely love this practice. Have been going there since day 1 of both my children's lives and the environment is so clean, pleasant and convenient. I can always get an appointment on the day my children are sick, even when I call at 3 p.m. The care simply cannot be beat. My primary is Dr. Dickason and Rosenfeld, but Dr. Wylie is also amazing and I have no doubt the entire staff of pediatricians are the very best around.

We've been taking our now toddler son here for the past 6 months and have been very happy with Dr. Webb. I've had good experiences with the front staff and MAs and we've never had an excessive wait. Dr. Webb is very efficient and easy to talk to, but I really love that he'll always manage to fit you in same day. He's definitely saved us an urgent care visit or two!

Can't recommend him enough!

We have been patients at this practice for about 7 years. We have had only great experiences! We adore Dr. Webb, who has seen us through a couple of health challenges with our daughter and does really well with our son too! When we have had to see other doctors, we have really enjoyed them as well. This clinic has always run on time, which for busy parents (and sick kiddos) is essential. I really cannot recommend Dr. Webb or this practice enough.

During every visit, Dr. Webb is attentive, taking the time to listen to any concern you have as a parent then discussing those concerns to try and find a solution or treatment plan. Recently, his persistence and keenness helped my son with an issue that was previously undiagnosed for 2.5 years. He is also incredibly responsive on the Texas Children s MyChart portal, and has even initiated communications when he noticed my son was coming in for a repeated issue.

The practice itself is clean and well maintained, and the staff is very friendly and caring. I ve also never had any issues with getting either of my sons in for a sick visit or a response from the on-call nurse/physician when needed.

Excellent staff and physicians. Dr. Webb is an excellent pediatrician to our two sons, but is almost always available for a same-day visit if something unexpected happens.

We have three young kids and have loved seeing Dr. Webb for almost a year! He has been very hands-on, attentive and responsive. He has even called off-hours on a weekend to follow-up on one of our child's ER visit! The office is a great size- multiple doctors but not too hectic. Dr. Webb has always been professional, timely and we love how he really remembers details about each of our kids. We highly recommend Dr. Webb!

Dr Webb was amazing. In 9 years of parenting he s the best pediatrician we ve seen. Especially for medically complex children, he has great knowledge. Now for the front staff, it wouldn t be that hard to look up from your computer and say hello, how can I help you . Oh and the elevator could use some maintenance but I m glad it worked lol!

This practice is great. Dr. Webb is an outstanding physician. He always sits down with us to discuss history, diagnosis and treatment options. He never makes us feel rushed. He answers all of our questions thoroughly in language we can understand. I highly recommend Dr. Webb.

I changed our daughters pediatrician about a year ago, I wasn t happy with our old practice in the medical center due to long wait times, combined sick and well areas, and difficulty to get in with our pediatrician. I was very impressed by the office staff, they were very friendly & I ve always gotten appointments the same or next day. The office is designed nicely so children for well visits and sick visits are separated. But after meeting with our daughters new Pediatrician, Doctor Webb, I was very impressed with how he took the time to gather a history, review growth and development, as well as just observe her behavior. He didn t miss any details and was very reassuring to this anxious momma. Many doctors make you feel rushed, I could tell he had plenty of time for our visit. Overall I m very pleased with the office staff, nurses, and Doctors. I m happy we have found a good fit for our daughter and someone we know we can entrust with her health.

First time parent and could not be happier with Houston Pediatric Associates and Dr. Webb. He is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and always leaves us feeling at ease after each appointment. Great to know our little guy is in good hands and that whenever we have a question or need support, it's available. Highly recommend Dr. Webb for kids of all ages!

We switched to Dr. Webb at Houston Pediatric Associates approximately one-year-ago and have been very happy with our decision. Dr. Webb is very quick to respond to questions and concerns via Mychart. We feel that our kids are in the best care at Houston Pediatric Associates.

We *love* Dr. Webb and the entire pediatric team! Webb or another pediatrician on staff has always been able to see our babies on the same days we ve called for sick visits, and the group consistently provides superior care. Dr. Webb treats our sons like family and sincerely cares about their health, growth, and development. He listens intently to my husband and I when we share symptoms or observations and gives us precise, clearly articulated plans of treatment. He is also quick to follow up with a phone call or message through My Chart. We lucked out when we found Dr. Webb. He s a gem.

(Please know that we previously brought our older son to the Kirby TCP location, but they could rarely schedule him for sick visits on the days we called/checked the app, and the waiting room was always packed. At the Kirby location, it was incredibly difficult to see our son s pediatrician, and the wait was cuh-razy long. This location the Bellaire location is far more welcoming and warm, and much less of a zoo.)

We Love Dr. Julie Schlegel. My daughter has been with her for many years since toddler years, and she is one of the most pleasant pediatrician around (we were with 3 others previously). We also started taking our other kids who transferred from Kelsey. She is very knowledgeable about issues that have come up with their health that other pediatricians couldn't diagnose. Some of the other comments are true about the wait times that can be slow if they're overbooked in peek times, other than that wait time are right on time. I also don't think the Texas children's interface to see records & lab results is too user friendly and the data wasn't clear. The doctor also performs a lot of follow up calls to explain results.
