I do not recommend to purchase any electronics from these guys. Got a faulty item delivered from the Amazon. Even though the package mentions "2 years exchangeable warranty", the Promate office in Dubai refused to provide a replacement and suggested to "contact amazon", which unfortunately is not possible for me due to circumstances. In short: Bad quality of products Absolutely no customer service center (you literally have to call their warehouse) Deceive in terms of warranty policy No assistance on the issue
